This request concerns a European public tender for the purpose of collecting, sorting, handling and delivery of business mail, parcels and courier services to destinations abroad for all participating departments. The contract (all lots) explicitly classifying a contract of carriage (no forwarding contract).

The purpose of this tender is to contract with one or more contractors who organizationally and logistically suitable / for collecting, sorting, delivery and handling of international mail, parcels and courier services. These contractors must provide services to the economically most advantageous manner, meeting the minimum requirements.

The contracting authority pays the contract on behalf of the Central Government (11 ministries) and other participating services which are related to the central government (see Annex 3, list participating services per lot).

Section 2.5 and Annex 5 provides an overview of the size or the transmission profile per parcel. The scale is based on volumes in 2015. These figures no rights can be derived and these figures are only indicative.
