The Surrey Police Authority acting as lead force for a collaborative contract with Sussex and Hampshire Police, is seeking expressions of interest for the provision of digital forensic services.
This service includes gathering, analysing, preserving and reporting on data and/or images retrieved from various digital media devices. The results of which need to be reported in a format which is acceptable as evidence in a Court of Law.
On occasions the Contractor/s will be expected to attend Court as an Expert Witness and provide Forensic Analysts for on-site scene attendance.
The Contractor/s must also be able to provide a secure collection and delivery service for the transportation of exhibits.
The framework agreement will be divided into the following lots:
Lot 1 - Computers
Lot 2 - Mobile Phones
Lot 3 - Storage Devices & Removable Media
The framework agreement is being established for use by Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire Police.
The contract term shall be for one year with the option to extend the contract by three additional 12 month increments, making the maximum possible contract term four years. The option to extend the framework agreement shall be at the sole discretion of the Authority.
The tender process will be carried out following the Restricted procedure.

Applicants who expressed an interest will be notified via e-mail when the PQQ is has been made available, which will be after the deadline for expressions of interest to be made.
