In order to optimise the regular cleansing of this infrastructure, Conwy County Borough Council seek to commission a Contractor to undertake planned/reactive highway gully cleansing, pipe jetting, chamber cleansing and closed circuit television surveys (CCTV). The Contractor will be required to provide these services on sections of Trunk Road, A, B, Class 3 and unclassified roads within Conwy County Borough Council. The Contractor will also be required to provide the aforementioned services in variety of circumstances including under a 2 week, 48 hour, 24 hour or 5 hour notice period and under exceptional traffic management conditions. The form of Contract for this commission will be main Option E, dispute resolution Option W2 and secondary Options X2, X4, X17, X19 and Z clauses of the NEC3 term service contract June 2005 (with amendments April 2013). The Contract will last for 3 years from the agreed start date.
