The purpose of the contract is to provide services as defined by the CCTP for corrective maintenance and technical assistance relating to the Antarès radio equipment of the vehicles and related equipment of the vehicles and vehicles of the SDMIS. This is a framework agreement with purchase orders concluded for 4 years and 1 month of reversibility from 15.10.2017 and the amount of which is: 100 000 EUR HT minimum and 400 000 EUR maximum. The contract follows an open invitation to tender awarded under the terms of Article 42 of Ordinance No 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 on public procurement and Articles 33, 36 and 66 to 68 of Decree No ° 2016 360 of 25.3.2016 on public procurement. It is a global market with only one lot, on the grounds that these are services which can not be decomposed. An advance will be granted under the conditions of Articles 110 I and II of Decree 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 on public procurement.

- the telephone switchboard at the headquarters,
- mobile voice and data telephony,
- provision of terminals,
- elevator telealarms by SIM cards,
- Intercom-Tenant connections by SIM card,
- Voice over IP and data ADSL links between the headquarters and the guard lodges,
- the few analog lines of remaining elevator telealarms.
The main internet link of the headquarters (fiber optic 100Mb + 4G backup) is not concerned by this invitation to tender.
