ARD, ZDF and private broadcasters run from 2017 terrestrial program distribution via DVB-T2 in Germany. The changeover takes place from March 2017 nationwide in metropolitan areas and by mid of 2019. In connection with the conversion of the existing DVB-T technology on T2 Südwestrundfunk (SWR) will renew or replace terrestrial transmitters as principal. Südwestrundfunk (SWR) plans the renewal of DVB-T2 transmitters of different power classes at least 15 transmitter sites. The contractor must provide for these sites each punctual planning, delivery, installation, testing, documentation and partial disassembly services. The client therefore intends to conclude a framework agreement for the supply and implementation of DVB-T2 transmitters for Südwestrundfunk with a term from 05.02.2017 until 31.12.2019.
Six (6) transmitting stations each consisting of 2 independent DVB-T2 Single stations at the transmitter site Freiburg Schoenberg.
Six (6) transmission systems each consisting of a DVB-T2 Einzelsender with exciter standby at the transmitter site vineyard.
Two (2) transmission equipment with transmission power of 2.3 KW at two (2) transmitter sites.
Two (2) transmission equipment with transmission power of 3.5 KW to nine (9) transmitter sites.
Two (2) transmission equipment with transmission power of 3.5 KW at two (2) transmitter sites.
In order to send in the event of damage, the customer requires a DVB-T2 transmitter replacement.
The Land Rheinland-Pfalz, represented by the country's operational data and information (LDI), writes to optimize the PBX infrastructure in Rheinland-Pfalz in an open procedure according to § 15 VgV the services described below from. The tender is divided into 4 lots:
- Lot 1: Framework contract for hybrid telecommunications systems;

This lot covers the parts and supplementation purchase for all existing installations, which were purchased on the expiring master agreement TK systems.
This lot concerns the procurement of security components that are required for connecting the central and possibly also distributed SIP trunks.
Development of a radio station database and information system incl. Subsequent system service (Minimum contract period 24 months, maximum 48 months) as well as an optional contingent to develop the scheme.
