Dataport operates telecommunication networks (WAN) in these states as a service provider for information and communication technology in the public administrations in Schleswig-Holstein, Bremen, Hamburg and Saxony-Anhalt, as well as in the tax administrations in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and Lower Saxony.
The purpose of this procurement procedure is to conclude a framework contract (based on the EVB-IT service) with a contractor on the provision of planning services for the expansion and optimization of the networks operated by Dataport.The framework contract shall be
- ensure the special security and data protection requirements of the customer,
- reduce the project - specific costs for the electronic transfer of the network data and the retransfer of the planning results by means of a common learning curve;
- enable a transfer of knowledge and experience from the contractor to the planning organization of the client.
Within the framework of the knowledge transfer, the client attaches great importance to the fact that the contractor applies state-of-the-art, largely software-supported planning methods using tools whose scope covers as far as possible all network layers and planning tasks.
In order to enable the client to participate efficiently and to participate in the planning process, an active access by the client to planning results and planning steps - including using the planning tools used by the contractor - shall be realized by the contractor.
The individual network projects can be the network layers
- Cables (Cu and LWL),
- Fibers and veins (whether or not riveted),
- SDH, DWDM, radio relay,
Individually, partially or completely.
The main focus will be on rough and detailed planning.In exceptional cases, both aspects can also be a primary planning goal with a cost boundary as the boundary condition.
