The Procurement and Contracts Unit (PCU)  of United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) on behalf of the  Office for Coordination of Human Rights (OCHA) hereby invites qualified service providers from all countries to submit their Expression of Interest for the provision of mobile telecommunication services for OCHA country offices based in Several places of Iraq namely, Erbil, Dohuk, Sumalinyah, Baghdard and Kirkurk
a)        The services required include among others; un-interruptible mobile services that include calling, roaming, SMS and 3G/4G or GPRS/EDGE data Services.
b)	The services must be provided on post paid with montly billing obtained at the latest 10 days for each following month.
(d)       The services to be provided also involves a detailed call listings for each telephone number in electronic form suitable for data processing (PDF is not considered as suitable format, but TXT, XLS, CSV or any other file of this type is considered suitable).
(e)	Flexibility to make continuous attempts to increase the service quality, expand the list of services offered as well as to further reduce the costs for the services;
f)        The successful provider must have 24x7x365 coverage for technical assistance and/or helpdesk facilities.
g)     The provider is also responsible for contacting designated OCHA network specialist(s) for both scheduled and un-scheduled downtime
Eligible companies will be issued with solicitation documents detailing the terms of reference /scope of requirements including the technical and commercial evaluation criteria for selecting the eligible companies.

Within the framework of the Security Modernisation Project, The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) issues the present Request for Proposal to select a qualified company for the for the supply, installation, connection, configuration, commissioning  and maintenance of all equipment, components and systems for Physical Security Information System (PSIM Supervision systems), Video-Surveillance Management System (VMS) and Physical Access Control system (PACS).

The complete RFP document set, including among others, Terms of References, Instructions to Bidders and Annexes, will be provided by ITU Procurement Division upon request only. Therefore, interested Bidders, shall confirm by no later than Monday 23 January 2017 at 16h00 (Geneva time) their intention to participate to this RFP requesting the complete RFP document set.
