The subject of solution design documentation repair and modernization of blocks A, B, C, D, their communication connecting corridors and outside areas; to improve housing services, improving property protection, upgrading technology and utilities in connection with the operation of the facilities. Solved objects were built between 1979-82; yet they have no comprehensive reconstruction work done.
