The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for Broadcast Operation Support Services (BOSS) with a base year and four (4) option years. The Contractor shall provide a labor pool to perform all needed tasks to provide the daily TV Traffic and Programming products to support broadcast operations from the American Forces Network - Broadcast Center (AFN-BC). The products include, but not limited to, the daily printed log, a matching automation playlist, the daily STB file for each active television channel, an automated record list, the program scheduling database, and the daily schedule for each active television channel. The applicable NAICS is 515120 with a size standard of $38.5 million. The solicitation and all attachments will be electronically issued and may be accessed for viewing and downloading at www.fbo.gov. Once the solicitation is posted, it is the responsibility of all interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments that may occur during the solicitation process. Automatic Dependent Surveillance Broadcast

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue an order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-12-G-0006 to the Bell Boeing Joint Program Office on an 'other than full and open' competitive basis to implement the Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B) capability for MV-22 Osprey aircraft. This effort is for software product updates, software product qualification tests and airworthiness substantiation, and flight test verification of the ADS-B Out capability that the updated MV-22 software provides. ADS-B is a capability inherent in the AN/APX-123 Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) transponders installed on MV-22 aircraft. This delivery order would include software updates impacting MV-22 unique systems, including pilot training, simulators, mission computer, and displays. Bell-Boeing is the only company that possesses the unique engineering data, technical skills, establishing tools, support equipment, facilities, and requisite knowledge of the design, fabrication, and production of the V-22 aircraft required to perform these efforts.
