The tender is divided into two (2) lots:
Lot 1: Tag Management System (TMS);
Lot 2: Web Analytics System (WAS).
The media consumption habits are changing which is bringing forth a move from traditional broadcast television and radio to digital platforms. As a result, DR has made it a strategic goal to deliver the same quality and service on the digital platforms as delivered on the traditional broadcast platforms. As part of achieving this goal DR is planning to acquire a TMS and a WAS.
The acquisition of TMS and WAS is part of the first steps to create system-related support for data on the use of DR's online platforms to be collected consistent, complete and automatically.
The TMS should contribute to an increase of technological flexibility and provide new opportunities to quickly collect and react to data on tactical and operational levels. Including a consistent and reliable collection of user behaviour data. The tender includes purchasing and implementation of the TMS.
The purpose of the Web Analytics System is to get a system that can contribute to a systematic collection of use-behaviour on DR's digital platforms and thereby create an overview, statistics and reports based on this behaviour. The tender includes purchasing and implementation of the WAS.
