Open tender procedure / call for tenders (no use of public procurement - see explanation under Section VI Additional information VI.3 Additional information) SportAG looking for a private (catering) partner. The bidding guidelines, added to this publication aims to through an open and transparent bidding procedure a private (catering) partner to indicate the concession for the operation of the catering facility in sports 'Faluintjes' in the district Moorsel. Object and purpose of the concession. The sports infrastructure is operated by SportAG. The concession is no (commercial) rent. The interior of the café. A negative evaluation of the concession agreement can be terminated unilaterally by SportAG. Opening hours. The catering facility is opened and closed by the concessionaire. It is also possible that the café is open at times that the hall itself is closed, but then good agreements are needed with the superintendent of SportAG. Financially viable business model. The investments of the concessionaire, the concession fee and the other costs of maintenance, operation, etc. should be in proportion to expected revenues. The concessionaire is exclusively responsible for cleaning, maintenance and minor repairs lease within the meaning of Article 1754 of the Civil Code of the catering facility. The cost of connection and use of utilities such as water, electricity, gas, telephone, Internet and television are borne by the concessionaire. The current concession catering in sports Faluintjes expires on 31 October 2015.
