The partly reconstructed Berlin castle with the Humboldt-Forum usage concept, which is to be built from 2011 and is to be completed in 2019, covers approx. 45,000 m
The construction costs for the entire project (cost groups 200-700) are set with a cost ceiling of EUR 590 million incl.
The costs also include the costs for special components such as the restoration of baroque façade parts outside and in Schlüterhof, the preservation of historic cellar fragments.
The contract includes engineering services TGA, in this case special services and basic services of LP 8 and 9 to § 55 para. 3 HOAI 2013 of group 5, KG 455 Medientechnik; Plant group 6, KG 465 Crane systems; Anlagengruppe 7, KG 479 Screens, chain hoists, loudspeakers, traffic lights, bollards; as well as the initial installation, KG 646 Audioguides, KG 648 Kassensysteme, HZ III.
The costs are based on the approved design documentation (EW-Bau) and can be broken down as follows:
Annex group 5, KG 455: 3 764 000 EUR net,
Annex group 6, KG 465: EUR 7,000 net,
Plant group 7, KG 479: 482 000 EUR net (canvases, chain hoists, loudspeaker lifts),
Plant group 7, KG 479: 98,000 EUR net (traffic light system, bollard system),
Initial Settlement, KG 646: EUR 128,000 net,
Initial Settlement, KG 648: EUR 106 000 net.
