What is Oppex?

Oppex is a search engine for public sector tenders. We gather tenders globally from 120 countries and translate everything into English so that you don’t have to face any language barriers.

You and your colleagues can use it to find new business opportunities from the public sector – in several countries at the same time. Oppex delivers you more than 2 000 000 contract notices per year.

How can I find relevant tenders in Oppex?

We recommend several keywords and the use of synonyms to be sure that you find everything you are looking for. Buyers can sometimes use different language from the one you would be using and thus using different keywords gives you a better chance to find all the relevant tenders.

You can refine your results further by using the filters below the search bar. Oppex will search for results globally by default but you can also specify your own target countries or cities, if you prefer so.

How can I create email alerts?

Once you feel that you have the right keywords and you specified the filters to match your own preferences you can click on the green button with ‘Create Alert’. You can also choose the frequency of the alerts while creating it.

All the alert results can be found in the personal Dashboard. You can edit all your alerts by clicking on the edit button.

How many keywords can I use?

To find all the relevant results we recommend using multiple different keywords and their synonyms. You can use 20 keywords at a time. if you exceed that amount just save your search as an email alert and create a new search with the extra keywords. Our search engine will also show you intelligent suggestions below the search bar. We recommend you use those to enhance your search results.

Can I follow international markets too?

You can easily follow several markets at the same time, Oppex provides tenders from more than 120 countries. You can use search filters to specify your own target market – whether that is domestic or global. You don’t even need to know the local language: Oppex translates everything for you.

How can I change my password?

You can change your password in the user profile. If you are not logged in you can also reset it in the login phase by clicking on the ‘Forgot your password’ link. You will receive a new password to your email address and you can change it in the user profile once you are logged in.

Is it possible to use my account simultaneously on multiple computers?

Oppex Terms & Conditions allow using the account only on one mobile device and one computer. For multiple licenses you can contact support@oppex.com.

How secure is my Oppex data?

The service and all the data are backed up daily. Oppex user accounts’ passwords are encrypted. Our encryption protocols adhere to the highest security standards and the server connection and data-processing are protected with up-to-date encryption methods. All connections to the service are secured in their entirety with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption (HTTPS) and SSL certificate. A complete recovery of the service is possible within hours of the failure.

How to deactivate my account?

When you deactivate your account you won’t be able to receive email alerts any longer. If you wish to deactivate your account contact support@oppex.com and we will guide you through the necessary steps.

PAYMENTS & BILLING

Do I need to pay for the service?

We offer every user a 14-day free trial during which you can utilize all features and functionalities with full access, for free. When the trial has expired you can continue using Oppex by subscribing to one of our paid plans. You can review the plans here: https://oppex.com/pricing

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay using a credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express). Some debit cards are also accepted. If you prefer an invoice, contact us at support@oppex.com and we will create you an invoice for the requested period.

When will I be charged?

If you subscribe, you will be charged, in advance, on a monthly or yearly basis according to the payment plan you choose. The recurring payments will be charged automatically until you decide to cancel.

Do you offer discounts?

We are aware that some of our client accounts might require multiple user access. To help you manage users and billing we are happy to look at your specific situation and see what the possibilities are.

How does the free trial work?
The 14-day free trial allows you to use all the features and functionalities included in our Professional plan. During these 14 days there are no limitations and our support team will be available for you to get the most out of our service.

When the trial has expired you can continue using Oppex by subscribing to one of our paid plans.

When does my plan renew?

Your plan will renew automatically depending on your chosen plan and according to our Terms & Conditions.

How can I cancel my plan?

In case you decide to cancel your plan send us an email to support@oppex.com. The notice of non-renewal should be sent at least 1 month before the end of the relevant subscription term. You can read more about this in our Terms & Conditions.
