The States of Jersey wishes to seek competitive proposals from organisations that can provide a senior IT Architect for a period of five months to support the delivery of the replacement vehicle registration System.
The vehicle registration solution is currently at the end of life which has provided the Driver & Vehicle Standards office with the opportunity to look at ways to improve their customer experience and reduce duplication of effort across their current systems. Due to the number of interactions and interfaces with the LICAR (driving licence) this system will also be included.
The objective of the project is to replace the current vehicle registration and driving licence applications with a new application that will meet the current and future needs of the Driver & Vehicles Standard offices.
Further details are available to interested parties who have registered in this portal and access their account.
