Norfolk County Council wishes to enter into a contract for the provision of a cloud based ITSM to replace its two current internally hosted ITSM solutions. IT Shared Services has a number of external customers and therefore the system will need to cater for differing requirements. The system will also be used by other departments within NCC and we will therefore require the system to support multitenant architecture. We are looking for a fully implemented solution which: — does not require any major configuration; — is set up to carry out all of the functions requested from day 1; — does not require consultancy and expertise to keep it up to date or to implement changes as our business model changes.
