The Agreement will be for a period of 3 years with an option to extend for a further period of 1 year. 4. Work Packages for consultancy services will vary in size, may be in different locations within Northern Ireland and will also vary in terms of the nature and type of building or dwelling being designed.
5. Design Teams, which must be architect-led, must include all of the following disciplines:
Architect and Lead Consultant;
Quantity Surveyor;
Mechanical and Electrical Engineer;
Civil and Structural Engineer; and
6. The services have been sub-divided into three lots as follows:
Lot 1 — Estimated construction contract value of up to 2 500 000 GBP
Lot 2 — Estimated construction contract value of between 2 500 000 GBP and 5 000 000 GBP
Lot 3 — Estimated construction contract value of greater than 5 000 000 GBP
7. Apex recognises that whilst some organisations may be able to provide all of the disciplines set out above from within their own internal resources, other organisations may need to partner with others to provide all of the disciplines required and/or to satisfy the requirements of the procurement. Apex welcomes consortia or joint venture applications but requires that consortia or joint venture Design Teams are architect-led.

St May's Youth Club wishes to make a single appointment of an Economic Operator to provide professional services of a Project Management led Integrated Consultancy Team (ICT) for the proposed Youth Centre to include, architecture, cost management, engineering and other associated construction professionals in related disciplines. The structure of the Consultant Team is described in MOI Part B Section 7.5.
The ICT Scope of Service will include exemplar designs for St Mary's Youth Centre which will have been developed to clearly articulate the Project Brief. The ICT will be required to review the current exemplar designs and provide both innovation in terms of design and address comments from key user groups and the Project Board. The ICT will then be required to progress the exemplar designs to RIBA 2013 Stage 3, produce comprehensive Employer's Requirements (ER's), full procurement management, provide technical advice and a compliance monitoring role throughout the administration of t.

Working in close consultation with the Employer, the ICT will be required to provide a design that meets the strategic aims and objectives of the Council and to manage the construction of the sports facilities at Clondermot within quality, budget and programme requirements.

Expressions of Interest are sought from suitably experienced Integrated Design Teams by way of completion of Pre-qualification Questionnaire for provision of Integrated Design Team services for the Strategic Leisure Facilities in the Derry and Strabane Area.
The service will focus on the provision of leisure facilities on the west bank of Derry City and in Strabane Town, taking account of the provision of leisure facilities across the entirety of the new Council area.
In particular, the existing facilities at Templemore in Derry City and Riversdale in Strabane are time-expired and require replacement.
The Integrated Design Team must be capable of delivering the entire service including but not limited to the following disciplines:
