Architect Mission West Ursvik. The Trustee intends to develop three properties within a detailed 2 in West Ursvik, Sundbyberg.
The architect's mission covers the first stage throughout the planning process to a final zoning. In a second stage as an option for bidders to participate in the development of specifications even construction documents and required monitoring during production and handover stage.
Option design stage may include, system documentation, building permits, tender documents, construction documents and relational action.
This contract relates to a framework agreement procurement of consulting services in the form of Architects, Landscape Architects, Engineers and Landscape Architects Plan.
The services relate to different types of missions in order to complete the Sundbyberg city's own expert knowledge and resources to strengthen its organization.
The Trustee intends to develop four properties within a detailed 3 in West Ursvik, Sundbyberg.
The blocks included in DP3 are located closest to the activity embankment and along the boulevard. The properties will house apartment buildings. Quarter along the boulevard must also include some commercial activities at street level. The blocks will not have a built in garage, but parking will be accommodated in the garage during activity embankment.
Housing must be well-planned with a high degree of utilization. That BOA / BTA will be optimized. Buildings must, if possible, be classified according to the environmental building silver.
Agreements will be signed with four (4) different architectural consultants, ie one per property / neighborhood. On the tenderer who achieved the highest score given the right to first select the blocks 1, 2, 3 or 4 and then in the ranking for the highest score.
