In the implementation of the framework agreement, before awarding the contract in question, each Purchaser will determine the detail of the contract.

Conditions of execution of individual orders can not be less advantageous for ordering than those specified in the framework agreement.

1 point 2 b) of the Act, may not be less favorable than the offer submitted in this proceeding led to the conclusion of a framework agreement.

The Contracting Authority requires that the execution of the subject individual contracts took place on the terms and conditions specified in the model of the framework agreement and its Annexes, attached as Appendix 6 hereto.

Employer provides the award of contracts under the framework agreement to the net: 17 050 026,00 PLN, as the needs arise.

Purchaser will enter into a framework agreement with a maximum of 5 (five) Contractors.

The procedure is conducted under the Act with proper application of the rules on tendering.
