To process SAR images of the input data read down by KSAT has NRS gained access to the processor that ESA uses in his Copernicus core ground segment, and this is used in the existing processing chain by KSAT. Between the receiving antenna and processing chain is put into a so-called HRDFEP. This is provided by KSPT, who has also delivered similar equipment to the core ground segment in Copernicus. The processor from ESA is installed as a "black box", and it is not possible to make any changes in the processing chain to improve performance or make changes in the algorithms.

In previous projects have KSPT developed a SAR processor, through inter alia ESA GSTP, which can process images that are similar to those being processed with software that has been delivered through ESA. This processor has a different architecture that enables a significant improvement in performance with respect to get as close to real time as possible in the processing.

In addition to the NRT-processing software should also be able to process raw data from Sentinel-1 on SAFE format for the four modes EW GRD HR / MR and IW GRD HR / MR.

Participants must submit an operational version of the software on the appropriate computer. The processor should be able to read data from HRDFEP installed in an existing system by KSAT AS Tromso. Data to be processed continuously as they become available from HRDFEP.

NRS should be no charge to the software during the period until the end of 2020 and gratuitous correcting errors in software for one year after delivery and testing.

Skills Norway will enter into a framework agreement with one supplier on development services of EPiServer publishing solutions for kompetansorge.no, Competence Norway's intranet, and mobile platforms. Competence Norway shall at the same time enter into a maintenance agreement with EPiServer with the same supplier. Competence Norway's website (kompetansenorge.no) and intranet use EPiServer CMS 9.12 today. Design and content are coded separately. The solutions are located on Competence Norway's own servers. The agreement does not include server operation. The agreements shall ensure Competence Norway's need for maintenance, support and further development of the website, intranet and mobile platforms, and the supplier shall be a total supplier of these services. This means that the supplier should offer services and expertise in specialist areas in addition to purely technical maintenance and further development, such as support for user analysis, user experience support, information architecture, content strategy and user-friendliness. There will also be a need for support to set up and conduct user testing. The framework agreement on further development of the website may therefore involve a wide range of services. We see, among other things, the need for assistance for analyzing content and user needs, developing new services and implementing new features.
