The framework agreement for general architect services will include, amongst other things:
— carrying out feasibility studies and sketch projects for alterations/renovations of existing buildings, including extensions/additions,

— be the responsible applicant in building applications,

— assist with furnishing plans, as well as room and function plans,
— be able to provide ground surveys, either themselves or with sub-suppliers,
— assist with traffic analyses, noise analyses and air quality analyses.
REN is responsible for municipal waste sanitation in Oslo for private users and for small businesses.
REN needs consultancy services for reviews, planning and engineering design services for both existing sites/properties and for new, future sites/properties within the following areas:
— Various methods of waste collection.
— Establishment of mini-recycling stations.
— Testing sites, feasibility studies.
— Concept developments, sketches, feasibility studies.
— Ongoing upgrades to sites and buildings.
The aim of the procurement is to join up with the necessary assistance within architect services, engineering design services and responsible applicant for work carried out at REN's sites that requires applications in accordance with the Planning and Building Act.
These are ongoing projects and work assignments that are covered by working capital and the extent will depend on the budget each year.
Call-offs can also be made on the framework agreements for investment projects in the preliminary phase and implementation phase. This will be assessed in each project and the extent will depend on the granted investment resources and orders from the city council department.

The premises of Norges Bank are continually being extended, upgraded and rehabilitated. It has been determined to develop a concept for optimisation of current work places, that are primarily landscape based. For this project, Norges Bank needs project management including specialist resources with a broad background from the development of broad work place concepts also including early phases.
Boligbygg Oslo KF needs framework agreements for engineering design services. The assignments will include all the necessary disciplines required to prepare a complete preliminary project with calculations, tender documentation for a turnkey and execution contract, detailed engineering design services, applications/basic material for all the relevant public authorities, as well as being a coordinator for safety, health and working environment questions in the engineering design phase, in accordance with the builder regulations. This will be for building and construction projects, such as wet room renovations, facade renovations, fire protection measures, re-roofing, new buildings, renovations, welfare+.
Tenderers must be able to offer all disciplines: engineering design group manager, coordinator for engineering design services, architect, interior architect, landscape architect, responsible applicant, consultant engineer for building techniques, HVAC and climate techniques, electro techniques, fire safety, geotechnics and engineering geology, water and sewage techniques, acoustics, antiquarian conditions, environment and consultant integrated technical building installations, BIM-coordinator, DAK-operator and secretary, either internally or with the use of sub-suppliers.
The framework agreement for overall architectural services will include include;
- Carry out feasibility studies and draft projects for reconstruction / rehabilitation of existing buildings, including addition / extension,

- Quiet as responsible seeking to build cases,

- Provide basic research either with its own resources or with subcontractors,
- Assisting with traffic analysis, noise analysis and the air quality analyzes.
The background for the procurement is a need for assistance with the implementation of systems to support the white paper 25 2015 ‘On the Right Road’. The structure for the future companies has not yet been decided. The work on what systems shall be established has started, and it is managed and coordinated by the Norwegian Public Roads Administration.
The road toll reform refers to society's need to have more efficient road toll collection in Norway, so that as much as possible of the road toll is used for road and infrastructure purposes. The road toll branch currently operates a system that does not fulfil the requirements for efficiency, technology and performance management.
The work tasks that are expected to be carried out:
Fjellinjen will enter into framework agreements after this competition with five to ten tenderers who can assist Fjellinjen in projects including technical competence within IT architecture, security, integration and hand-over to operation and management. Mini-competitions will be held with call-offs. The framework agreements are expected to have a total extent of between 2 NOK and 10 000 000 NOK.
The ICT Section of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs needs consultants in all service areas of the section. On occasion, the Contracting Authority for the consultants could be the ICT Section, or other entities in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In the current contract period which is about to expire (2012 — 2016), approx. 100 000 000 NOK of services was bought on the framework agreements. NORAD and The Peace Corp can use these 2 agreements. These are the Ministry of Foreign Affairs 2 subsidiary agencies. NORAD has approx. 230 employees and The Peace Corp. has approx. 40 employees. All of NORAD's ICT services are delivered by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. There will be 5 lots, and each area will have a qualification and consequent award evaluation. 1 may apply for participation in some of the competitions, or all.
The service areas are:

5. Information management, collaboration and publication (‘web development’).

It will also be possible to make delivery within the framework contracts upon completion of investment projects in the preliminary phase and the implementation phase. This will be considered in each project and scope will depend on the allocated investment funds and commissioned by councils department.

Residential Oslo KF need framework agreements for design services. They comprise all the necessary disciplines to develop a full feasibility study with cost estimate, tender documents for total and execution contracts, detailed design, applications / substrate material for all relevant public authorities, as well as coordinator for safety, health and working environment issues in the project in accordance with building regulations. This in connection with construction projects such as våtromsrehabiliteringer, facade renovation, fire precautions, takomlegging, new construction, rehabilitation, care +.
Providers must offer all disciplines; engineering group leader, coordinator of engineering, architect, interior designer, landscape architect, responsible applicant, consulting engineering construction engineering, building physics, HVAC and climate engineering, electrical engineering, fire safety, geotechnical and engineering geology, water and wastewater engineering, acoustics, antiquarian, environmental and adviser integrated building automation , BIM coordinator, CAD operator and secretary, either internally or by subcontractors.
The reason for the acquisition is need for assistance to the implementation of system solutions to support the St. Meld 25 2015 "On the right track." Structure for the future companies are not clarified. Work on the system solutions to be established is started and managed and coordinated by the Public Roads Administration.

Which tasks expected to be performed:
Fjellinjen will consequently enter into framework agreements with five to ten suppliers who can assist Fjellinjen in projects around technical expertise in IT Architecture, Security, Integration and handover to Operations & Management. It will be held mini competitions by call-offs. The framework agreements will expected to have a total quantity of between 2 and 10 million.
The IT department of the Foreign Ministry needs for consultants within all service areas in the section. In some cases, the contracting of consultants could be ICT section, but other units of the MFA. In the contract period we are trying to put behind us (2012-2016), it is taken out services for about 100 million of the framework agreements which now runs. Norad and the Peace Corps can use these two agreements. These are the Ministry's two subordinate agencies. Norad has about 230 employees and Peace Corps about 40 employees.
