The objective of the procurement is to secure Oslo University Hospital engineering design services from an architect connected to the hospital's construction function. Specialist areas and services that will be included in the framework agreement are set out in the Performance Description in Annex 1 and consist of:

The scope of the engineering design works can not be anticipated precisely, but it is anticipated that the scope will be in the size order of approx. 8 000 000 NOK— 12 000 000 NOK excluding. VAT., per annum.

It is impossible for the Contracting Authority to give a volume for each group. This is due to the fact that this type of service has not be divided up into such group before and because the Contracting Authority does not know how these services will be called-off in the framework agreement period. I.a. Political decisions form the basis for awarding of budget resources.
The following exceptions apply:- Asker kommune does not participate in group 12 (Project and Construction Management), but has the option to join this group from 20.8.2018 or 20.8.2019 — Hurum Eindomsselskap KF does not participate in group 12 (Project and Construction Management), but has the option to join this group from 17.5.2017 — Kongsberg kommunale Eiendom KF does not participate in groups 1, 2 and 12 but has the option to join group 12 from 22.2.2018 or 22.2.2019 — Group 4 Area Planning — Detailed Zoning. Asker kommune: Only the Property Department is part of this group. — Nedre Eiker kommune department for Ordering of municipal engineering services is not included in the framework agreement.
The framework agreement is divided into zones and service groups. If possible, three parallel framework agreements will be signed with tenderers in each of the state service groups in each zone, that shall execute assignments in the named service groups themselves, or with the help of sub-contractors. Any sub-contractors cannot have sub-contractors to execute the work.

Department of Education and Knowledge (OVK) begins work on a concept study (KVU) for kindergarten borough Frogner, due to demands for liquidation of temporary kindergarten capacity in the district by 2021. It needs about 16 new branches in the district. Omsorgsbygg has been tasked to lead work with KVU. Your order from OVK describes 10 land and buildings should be included in alternative analysis. The objective of the procurement is to secure AHUS engineering design services (PRO) from architects and consulting engineers connected to the hospital's building functions. Stange municipality would like to enter into framework agreements for consultant engineers, architects and equivalent services for municipal activities to maintain and further develop the municipality's infrastructure and properties in accordance with statutory requirements and decisions in municipal organs.
A new pipe organ shall be procured for Søndeled church in Risør municipality, Aust-Agder.
Søndeled church was originally a middle age stone church, which has later been extended with wooden parts. It has approx. 450 seats. The project is for a mechanical loop organ in a traditional style, with 21 — 25 stops divided between a main manual, swell manual and pedals, alternatively with an electric register and combinations. Ulf Uldæus SAR has been engaged as the architect and he has prepared a plan and facade drawing that will be the framework for the project. There will be special requirements for the execution of the new organ facade.
Complete delivery and assembly of a new organ, including the facade in Søndeled church. The organ shall be adapted to the church with a defined area, height and weight. The delivery shall include intonation, commissioning the organ and a guarantee.

Open design contest for a new 1st — 10th year school and a new activity centre in Våler in Hedmark.
A new primary school shall be constructed and connected to an existing secondary school, so that a 1st — 10th year school is established, with a new, separate activity centre. The activity centre shall be used by the school and the rest of the population.
A new school and activity centre is the primary assignment in this competition. The construction of a school and activity centre is also an important means for increasing the desire to move and live in the area. The project also focusses on the development of the centre and housing. The proposed solutions shall strengthen the possibility of condensing the centre, opening up and connecting with Glomma, both constructionally and through the use and design of the outside areas.
