The framework agreement for general architect services will include, amongst other things:
— carrying out feasibility studies and sketch projects for alterations/renovations of existing buildings, including extensions/additions,
— architect work for minor alterations,
— simple engineering design and major renovations,
— assist in projects with high environment and energy ambitions,
— be the responsible applicant in building applications,
— assist in the participation of land proceedings,
— prepare outdoor plans with surface water measures,
— assist with furnishing plans, as well as room and function plans,
— be able to provide ground surveys, either themselves or with sub-suppliers,
— assist with traffic analyses, noise analyses and air quality analyses.
REN is responsible for municipal waste sanitation in Oslo for private users and for small businesses.
REN needs consultancy services for reviews, planning and engineering design services for both existing sites/properties and for new, future sites/properties within the following areas:
— Various methods of waste collection.
— Establishment of mini-recycling stations.
— Testing sites, feasibility studies.
— Concept developments, sketches, feasibility studies.
— Ongoing upgrades to sites and buildings.
The aim of the procurement is to join up with the necessary assistance within architect services, engineering design services and responsible applicant for work carried out at REN's sites that requires applications in accordance with the Planning and Building Act.
These are ongoing projects and work assignments that are covered by working capital and the extent will depend on the budget each year.
Call-offs can also be made on the framework agreements for investment projects in the preliminary phase and implementation phase. This will be assessed in each project and the extent will depend on the granted investment resources and orders from the city council department.

Kongsberg kommunale eiendom KF shall procure consultancy services for ARK/IARK. Kongsberg kommunale eiendom KF is a large property developer with responsibility for approx. 120 000 km of buildings. The project portfolio is varied and consists of both large and small projects, new buildings or renovation assignments of varying extent. The number and extent will depend on the approved investment budget.
The actual projects will cover new buildings, building development and maintenance of existing buildings. The assignments are challenging and multifaceted in a interactive environment that will draw in schools, nurseries, sports/culture and the local environment. Separate review assignments can also be expected.
The extent of the consultancy assignments will depend on the execution model. KKE has decided that, as a rule, the turnkey contract model shall be used in its new building projects. The consultant's role will be clearly defined in each call-off on the framework agreement.
Dialogue Conference ahead of the announcement of an architect and consultant services for New care structure
The premises of Norges Bank are continually being extended, upgraded and rehabilitated. It has been determined to develop a concept for optimisation of current work places, that are primarily landscape based. For this project, Norges Bank needs project management including specialist resources with a broad background from the development of broad work place concepts also including early phases.
Department of Education and Knowledge (OVK) begins work on a concept study (KVU) for kindergarten borough Frogner, due to demands for liquidation of temporary kindergarten capacity in the district by 2021. It needs about 16 new branches in the district. Omsorgsbygg has been tasked to lead work with KVU. Your order from OVK describes 10 land and buildings should be included in alternative analysis. There is a need for architectural assistance in this effort. A more detailed description of the deliverables listed in Schedule 1 to the tender documents.
Kongsberg Municipal Property Authority to procure consultancy services for ARK / IARK. Kongsberg Municipal Property KF is a large property with responsibility for about 120,000 sqm of buildings. The project portfolio is diverse and includes both small and large projects, new construction or rehabilitation tasks of varying scope. The number and extent of will depend on the adopted the investment.
Current projects will include new construction, building development and maintenance of existing buildings. The missions are challenging and varied in a collaborative environment that will involve schools, kindergartens, sports / culture and local community. It can also be expected separate report assignments.
How extensive consulting assignment will depend on the implementation model. KKE has decided that as a general rule be used turnkey model in their new construction projects. Adviser's role will be clearly defined at each delivery within the framework agreement.
Scope: Architectural and consultancy services in connection with the quality assurance work of the concept phase report and the preliminary project for Nye Førde Sjukehus (New Førde Hospital), with options for further phases. Førde sentralsjukehus (FSS) is a somatic and psychiatric hospital for Sogn og Fjordane County. The hospital is situated at Vie in Førde. The buildings of the hospital shall be expanded with approx. 10 000 m² new buildings, as well as alteration works for the existing hospital with an area of approx. 50 000 m². The project comprises a new building for child, youth and adult psychiatry, including outdoor works, the alteration of the existing psychiatric building to a hospital hotel and offices for administration, as well as a new building, addition and alteration of the high and low block. The planned contract form is a turnkey contract with transfer of the architect and consultants.
Boligbygg Oslo KF needs framework agreements for engineering design services. The assignments will include all the necessary disciplines required to prepare a complete preliminary project with calculations, tender documentation for a turnkey and execution contract, detailed engineering design services, applications/basic material for all the relevant public authorities, as well as being a coordinator for safety, health and working environment questions in the engineering design phase, in accordance with the builder regulations. This will be for building and construction projects, such as wet room renovations, facade renovations, fire protection measures, re-roofing, new buildings, renovations, welfare+.

Outdoors, reconstruction of existing buildings psychiatry sick hotel and offices for administration and new construction, extension and reconstruction of uni- versity college and low rise. Plans with turnkey tilt transport of architect and consultants.
Drammen Eiendom KF invites contractors to competition regarding design and construction of Brandengen multi-purpose hall in Drammen, complete works. The total contractor shall engage an architect, undertake design and construction according to the information given in the tender documents. The hall includes playing surface, equipment storage, locker rooms with showers, fitness room, shop / kitchen, various storing and cleaning facility rooms etc. Net acreage according space program is approximately 2300 m2.
The framework agreement for overall architectural services will include include;

Listed barracks for the Artillery Camp in Setermoen shall be reconstructed. Detailed engineering design and the preparation of the tender documentation for the turnkey contract shall be prepared. The tender notice includes the delivery of the following functions:

The background for the procurement is a need for assistance with the implementation of systems to support the white paper 25 2015 ‘On the Right Road’. The structure for the future companies has not yet been decided. The work on what systems shall be established has started, and it is managed and coordinated by the Norwegian Public Roads Administration.
The road toll reform refers to society's need to have more efficient road toll collection in Norway, so that as much as possible of the road toll is used for road and infrastructure purposes. The road toll branch currently operates a system that does not fulfil the requirements for efficiency, technology and performance management.
The work tasks that are expected to be carried out:
Fjellinjen will enter into framework agreements after this competition with five to ten tenderers who can assist Fjellinjen in projects including technical competence within IT architecture, security, integration and hand-over to operation and management. Mini-competitions will be held with call-offs. The framework agreements are expected to have a total extent of between 2 NOK and 10 000 000 NOK.
The ICT Section of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs needs consultants in all service areas of the section. On occasion, the Contracting Authority for the consultants could be the ICT Section, or other entities in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In the current contract period which is about to expire (2012 — 2016), approx. 100 000 000 NOK of services was bought on the framework agreements. NORAD and The Peace Corp can use these 2 agreements. These are the Ministry of Foreign Affairs 2 subsidiary agencies. NORAD has approx. 230 employees and The Peace Corp. has approx. 40 employees. All of NORAD's ICT services are delivered by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. There will be 5 lots, and each area will have a qualification and consequent award evaluation. 1 may apply for participation in some of the competitions, or all.

Oppland county, Gausdal and Lillehammer municipalities have a formal cooperation within property management — called EIOFF. The EIOFF cooperation is managed by a separate board.
Lillehammer, Gausdal, Øyer, Ringebu and Nord-Fron municipalities are in a procurement cooperation with Oppland county — INNOFF. The cooperation means that several tender competitions, like this one, can be held on behalf of several municipalities.
Oppland county, Property, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender competition for the procurement of consultancy services within buildings and property for Lillehammer, Gausdal, Øyer, Nord-Fron, Ringebu municipalities and Oppland county.
Objective and scope.
The municipalities annually procure a varying extent of consultant/advice services within buildings and property. The contracting authority's intention is to enter into 3 parallel framework agreements per field for the provision of:
Consultancy services for Oppland county, Lillehammer, Øyer, Gausdal, Ringebu and Nord-Fron municipalities.
The above mentioned parties will henceforth be called the municipalities.
The purpose of entering into framework agreements for engineering design services is to ensure sufficient capacity and good competence at all times. The municipalities would like to use the framework agreements to join up with personnel who can quickly be obtained when needed.
The contracting authority requires that the provided services shall always be implemented in accordance with the current laws, regulations and other administration requirements, and as a minimum, be implemented in accordance with the requirements for competence, precision and professional competence that is usual in the sector.
The assignment will last for two — 2 - years from 1.3.2017, with an option for an extension for 1+1 year.
If possible, three parallel framework agreements shall be signed per field for each of the municipalities.
