The City of Utrecht (the municipality) wants to conclude an agreement regarding the selection of a design for a VMBO in Vleuterweide. The design team should consist of an architect, system consultant, engineer, energy consultant, building physics and building and operating consultant with proven experience with and inspired by sustainability and Near-Energy Neutral-Building (BANG) so as to meet the municipal and school ambitions.
PCOU Willibrord Foundation has decided to select an architect for the design for the new building of the Rafael. The current two locations of the Rafael Lance Avenue and Atleeplantsoen jobs are to be assembled in one location, as identified in the multiannual school housing (2016). This combination provides the opportunity to facilitate full cooperation with the care partners Rafael. The merger of the current locations will be achieved by replacement building to the lance Laan 10-12.
The size is 3850 sqm GFA for the school, where talks are underway to extend it to 4300 m² GFA. Adjacent to the school are two gymnasiums each 505 sqm GFA realized and housing care partners à 380 m² GLA.

This contract ensures the selection of framework contractors in the field of architectural services and installation consultancy. It is a European Restricted procedure here. That means that the procedure is divided into two phases: the current selection phase and the subsequent phase of the Award. During the selection phase to select the most appropriate 8 Candidates per lot. The Award Phase those selected Candidates are asked to submit a Tender.
The Award Phase UMC Utrecht makes use of Best Value Procurement (BVP) to contract by plot the three (3) Framework Contracts.
To contract a project consultant for a project UMC Utrecht performs during the Framework Contract Mini-competitions, which, depending on thresholds set out in the guide, one or all of the framework contractors are invited to submit a tender for a project based on a detailed job which specified by the UMC Utrecht.
This tender consists of two lots, namely: Architect Services; Installation Advisory services.
NS intends to conclude a framework agreement under which further agreements can be concluded. The purpose of these agreements is the realisation of an on-premises RTM-Operations application which serves NS' maintenance process.
The RTM Operations solution consists of one or more software components that are capable of delivering the desired RTM-maintenance functionality to the end-users such as described in Appendix 07a 20160411 RTM general information and solution architecture description v2.6 The trains that are in scope of this RTM project are: DDZ, VIRM and SLT. Future trains such as, but not limited to Flirt, SNG, ICNG are not in the immediate scope of this RTM project, however, the RTM solution must be capable to include these train series in the relative near future, so they must be included in the sizing of the solution.
