This notice involves the establishment of a marketplace external personnel on the field information management and architecture.
The purpose of the requested study is to conduct a thorough evaluation of the current traffic situation in the city of Beira in Mozambique regarding the (cargo) transport from and to the port city. It is called upon to identify possible solutions to the perceived problems, including the construction of a new access road to the port, and to test its feasibility.
The overall feasibility study, stage 1 and stage 2, must be carried out within a maximum of 13 months. Phase 1 is 6 months to a maximum of EUR 450 000. After that, a go-no-go moment place for the purpose of phase 2.
This document concerns the publication of a dynamic purchasing system for the hiring of external staff, the contracting entity, Association of Dutch Municipalities and Quality Institute of Dutch Municipalities, hereinafter referred to as VNG / KING, with contract number 2016 / JvdH / 001.
VNG / KING has, for the implementation of projects often need external staff and therefore would like to get in touch with a large number of suppliers in this area. To this end, VNG / KING submit a supplier database (hereinafter referred to as "DAS") for the hiring of outside staff.
The DAS for VNG / KING covers the following lots:
- Policy development and advice;
- Implementation support;
- Information management and architecture;
- Project and program management;
- Secretariële- and project support;
Housing the Academy
The Royal Dutch Academy of Sciences (Academy) is housed in the premises of the Kloveniersburgwal in Amsterdam; Numbers 23, 25, 27, 29-29a (actual Trippenhuis) 31. The buildings at number 23 and 25 are owned by the Academy. The other buildings, including the Tripp House, owned by the Dutch State and leased by the Academy. Additionally the premises 29-29a and 31 the status of national monument. The complex is also located within the boundaries of an Empire Protected cityscape.
The buildings 27/31 relate to the project area.
The buildings 23 and 25 are owned by the Academy and outside the project, with the exception of a few interfaces as breakthroughs between 25 and 27 building and fire, intrusion between building 23, 25 and other buildings.
