The contract is for the renovation and modernization of the monument of architecture protected by the state - Pac Palace. The building is owned by the Polish Republic, is located at ul. Šv. Jono 3 (ul. St. Jon 3) of Vilnius Old Town, the site of the Old City.
The aim of the investment is to adapt to the new headquarters building of the Polish Embassy in Vilnius.
The project includes within its scope, m. Al .:
a) Reconstruction of Interior.
b) Reconstruction of the roof.
c) Adaptation of the building to the existing technical and security conditions of use.
d) Strengthening and modernization construction.
e) The demolition and design of all internal systems and external networks.
f) Repair of the facade.
g) development plan of the internal courtyard and the grounds around the building.
h) The conservation work.
i) Elements of interior design and decoration.
In all parts of the project included a monumental character of the building and heritage protection requirements. Prepared individual parts of the project "Arrangement facades" and "Janitorial heritage protection". Particular attention is paid to the premises of the remaining fragments of wall painting (wall paintings), provided for the restoration of separate contract.
The scope includes the construction and assembly works aimed at restoring the existing functions zdegradowanemu technically building, improving its technical condition allowing you to use the building for its intended purpose and needs of the investor and the adaptation of the building to modern standards of performance and safety.
All work in the facility will be conducted under the supervision of certified specialists in Lithuania. Heritage protection.
