In summary, the Architect shall provide fully integrated professional design services for the demolition and rebuild of South Stack visitor toilets, office accommodation with desk space, meeting room, welfare facilities, storage facilities and staff toilets/changing facilities, and café seating area. The services shall also include developing a recommended design for a new package sewage treatment plant and recommendations for upgrade of power supply and heating systems, as appropriate.
