Multi-attribute framework agreement of project management for operations of rehabilitation of INSA heritage of Lyon, whose projected budget work is less than 1 million euros HT. Exceptionally it is possible that for a given operation, the amount of work is between 1000 000 and € 2,000,000 excluding tax. The activities relate to rehabilitation, restructuring, compliance with standards, major maintenance and maintenance, small outdoor area various ways and networks launched by the National Institute of Applied Sciences of Lyon (INSA). The majority of operations take place on the Lyon-Tech site but that the framework agreement may also, very occasionally, focused on missions taking place on the site of Bellignat. The framework agreement will result in several subsequent markets that will allow particularly the achievement of the following services: - APS: preliminary design, - APD: final draft - PRO: project - ACT: assistance to the award of Contract work - VISA: Visa execution plans made by companies - Full or partial EXE: Projected timelines, detailed bill of quantities, preparation of implementation plans and summary execution plans - DET : direction of the execution of works contracts - AOR: Assistance to receiving, - complementary missions: DIAG, OPC, CSSI. Of Other complementary missions will be defined in subsequent markets as needed. Subsequent markets will determine for each operation and complement the features and operational details of the benefits that will be required.
