Construction, installation and operation of a district heating network to be located in the city center. The first segment should be an area around the main boulevard (Boulevard Carnot) of the downtown area on a portion representing approximately 1 km of linear (from Carnot Square to the Great Britain roundabout). Possibility then of extension of the network on the boulevard in question (which crosses from north to south the Commune) and on other ways which are the continuation, in support of other later development sequences.
Creation and operation of an urban district heating network for a first sequence on the entire area around Boulevard Carnot, on its southern part, from Carnot Square to the Great Britain roundabout. This sector includes 25 buildings with a collective heating system, which represents approximately 1,645 units, plus a hotel. Two types of network architecture are envisaged: Classical architecture with a single central boiler room or an architecture with a network comprising boiler rooms of smaller sizes implanted in different places and sharing the heat supply of the network.
It will be possible to offer a cold network in addition to district heating.
