The Salle des Fêtes (SDF) from Saint-Jean de la Ruelle, built in 1977, is a versatile space accommodating throughout the year in various shows, events and meetings. Despite the still high life of this equipment, it should be noted, after several decades of use, technical and functional obsolescence of it. Thus the municipal team wants to achieve by the end of his term (2014-2020) deep renovation of the hall, incorporating a modern show, either in the existing volumes or by extension.
In the other main objectives of the operation, we must mention the following:
- To better meet the expectations of the population, with the possibility of providing rooms for about 150 people for families;
- Optional: Open the equipment to the adjacent football fields, which should in the medium term be transformed into an urban park.
The RATP, in partnership with the cities of Paris and Vincennes and Ile-de-France Mobilités, has the mission of redeveloping the bus division of Château de Vincennes. The future bus hub will have to assert itself as a "transport object" model that is both functional and efficient but also perfectly integrated in its urban and landscape environment. Breeam certification is being considered.
The contract will cover a full MOE mission (work envelope estimated at EUR 6.5 million excluding taxes).
The MOE team should at least meet the following skills:
Roads and various networks
Bet Travel and mobility
Economy of construction
Competence Communication / Signage appreciated
The agent will be the architect or the landscaper.
There is no exclusivity neither for the BET nor for the economist. A member of the group will be able to provide several skills provided that he can attest to his abilities and clearly indicate it.

Cost of the works estimated at 2 000 000 EUR HT. Total of 37 dwellings (25 in relay house and 12 in rent). The program of the operation and the functional and technical diagnosis of the existing are attached to the consultation file.

Project management mission for the new construction of approximately 50 social housing units (approximately 20 LLS + approximately 30 LLTS) «Bassin Bleu» Municipality of Saint-Paul
defined in the framework of the law MOP, according to the provisions of articles 12 to 15 of the Decree 93- 1268 of 29/11/93 - Section 1.1. - new construction operation of building type B1, in the fields:
- fluids engineering, including low voltage network (BET approved by EDF: subcontracting possible) engineering roads networks,
-order, pilot and coordination.
The present limited competition for the project management is of level sketch + with production of a digital mock-up and has for object the construction of a school group of 10 classes on the ZAC the Belles Vues in Ollainville and Arpajon. The school group will have a floor area of approximately 2,900 square meters and will consist of 4 kindergarten classes and 6 elementary classes. The estimated budget (value April 2017) is € 5,428,000 excluding VAT for construction work, including furniture. The site, in the town of Ollainville, will open on the front of the public facilities and on the central park of the ZAC. The school group will be carried out according to a BIM (Building Information Modeling) approach and a BEPOS energy performance level is sought.
