This framework agreement is launched in control group composed around the City of Nantes, the CCAS
the latter and Nantes Métropole, the city acting as coordinator. Market intervention will involve desktop studies
multidisciplinary (or office groups of studies) including the following specialties: For all lots:
Skills HQE, Architecture, fluids, VRD, economy of construction, concrete structures, metal, wood, glulam beams, heating,
sanitation, acoustic, electro acoustic, lighting engineering.
The overall project-Doulon Gohards, 180 ha, is in an area of the borders of Nantes is composed of vegetable lands and lowlands, wetlands and woodlands, or filled, drained by two streams of Gohards and the Aubinière. The project says a requalification of the territory by an urban agriculture to the ground, about 8 ha in 2019 (EcoCité program), and the reinforcement of 5 sites of family and community gardens; hydraulic and ecological restoration of natural areas and landscape continuities to the Loire ( "Nantes Green Star"); the construction of a popular district of accession affordable and suitable habitat for 2500-3000 housing grafted on commercial and urban reinforcement of Old Doulon village in the metropolis; an area in transition for the city of tomorrow. Framework agreement for the urban employed for the ZAC-Doulon Gohards
Subject subsequent contracts envisaged:
Section A - Urban Design (detailed in the section Additional information VI.3)
Section B - Urban Coordination: animate urban coordination within the framework of project workshops and consultation workshops
Component C - MOE public works to achieve in the calendar of the framework agreement, particularly structural ways and viability of first fragments to build.
Independent specific tasks will be entrusted to the hydraulic, environmental management, programming, consultation, communication, project management urban farms, the operational definition of restructuring areas (Old Doulon), and various assistances project management.
This consultation relates to the scheduling assignment, steering and coordination interchantiers (OPCI) of Feydeau Trade sector in Nantes on behalf of management of the public space of Nantes Métropole. The scope includes public spaces between the 50-Hostages east and west stock market, Brancas aisles and Bourse north and Duguay-Trouin went south, and instead of commerce, on a total area of approximately 27,000 m
As an indication, the estimated consumption for the whole group is 60 000 EUR excluding VAT per year.
Nantes Métropole could consume this type of benefit 60 000 EUR excluding VAT per year.
The operation concerns the construction of the school of Aizenay with a total area of about 9000 square meters. This accommodation with a capacity of 620 students with possibility of extension to 830 students, will include 1 day school for general and technological education courses, 1 administration, school life of the premises, 1 catering and gym 1 (firm phase ).
The conditional phase will focus on the construction of 5 staff houses.
The building will be certified with the NF Tertiary Buildings HQE Nine and will be labeled.
The share of the financial envelope (TF and TC) affected the work is: € 18 million excluding VAT. The projected contract period will be 65 months (including GPA) as of January 2018 with an expected duration of 24 months of work including site preparation period of two months.
Estimated date of start of benefits: in January 2018.
Estimated date of commencement: May 2020.
