A global mission design and construction will be entrusted to redevelop the roundabout Lavender from Marseille Provence Airport which consists of:
Create resized roundabout;
Perform a one-way hopper from MP2 and Fret zone to the output of the AMP;
Creation of a rainwater treatment plant (WWTP).
Rehabilitation of existing pavements optional.
Different solutions will be studying for the realization of the covered hopper / open and direct access ramp. Thus the operator will be responsible for:
In design phase: Project studies (PRO); implementation studies (EXE) and complementary missions modeling traffic flows, regulatory studies (ICPE, Environment ...) and OPC.
Phase implementation: management of the execution of works (DET); construction of works; assistance to receive operations (AOR); guarantee perfect completion (GPA) OPC and complementary mission.
The skills required within the team are:
Design: MOE underground road structures; MOE VRD; landscape architecture; traffic studies; lighting; hydraulic; road equipment (traffic signs, restraints, fire safety devices ...).
In realization: civil engineering underground road structures; earthworks; roadways; VRD: dry and wet networks, curbs, sidewalks; landscaping; lighting; security prevention agent; road equipment (traffic signs, restraints, fire safety devices ...).
The objectives are:
- The improvement of road traffic in and out of the airport;
- To confer to this arrangement, the gateway function to the airport (on arrival) and the city of Aix-Marseille-Provence (exit);
- Realize this work without disturbance from the airport traffic;
- Stay in the budget that has set the client.
Framework Agreement multi-attribute in subsequent contracts for EOM missions are to conduct studies and / or projects in the works of new and rehabilitation buildings (ERP in operation) on Marseille Provence airport. The planned VRD will only cover the building. Subsequent market that will result from the framework agreement will be treated in increments of work.
From 0 to 30 000 EUR excluding VAT.
From 30 000 to 100 000 EUR excluding VAT.
From 100 000 to 418 000 EUR excluding VAT.
From 418 000 1 300 000 EUR HT.
Premiums for sketch rebate will be paid to non-selected teams; for the successful team of the subsequent market, the premium amount will be included in the fees.
