The operation relates to an urbanized area intended to strengthen the downtown heart of Lorient Agglomeration, as part of an ambitious urban renewal policy. The project covers an area of 7.5 hectares corresponding to the footprints of the former hospital Bodelio decommissioned in 2013. The subsequent contracts (from the framework agreement) may be entrusted to one or the other 3 holders of the framework agreement, after reopening of competition on the occurrence of need, will include:
1. Production of a guide-plan including conducting an impact assessment, monitoring and adaptation of the duration of the reorganization operation, consultation prior to the creation of the ZAC (estimated launch July 2017);
2. Project management for public spaces (estimated launch first half 2018); 3-help marketing the lots and architectural advice.
The mission of the three owners of the framework agreement is to support the city over a period of up to 12 years in the design and implementation of the site of the conversion project.
