Esbjerg Kommune, Health and Care wants to hold a tender for a total of advice for future care center with 100 (96-104) older homes. The Offering desire to achieve the most visionary and exciting project from the established requirements and expectations for future care center.
Esbjerg Municipality expects to establish a kind old town around the future care center. It is therefore included as a component of the offer to draw up a draft proposal for the entire area exploitation, including care center integration compared to other buildings comprehensive medical center and senior dwellings.
The draft plan will not be part of the future work for consultant, but the conceptual design will be the basis for Esbjerg Council's work on preparing a new plan for the area, and by negotiations on the exploitation of the land.

Offering is completed in two phases; A pre-qualification stage and a deal phase.
Offering is completed with the following main activities:
1. Request for Prequalification
2. 5 companies prequalified
3. The pre-qualified companies submitting tenders
4. evaluates bids anonymously
5. one of the companies awarded adviser contract.
A prerequisite to tender - and thus participate in the tender phase - is that you have applied for prequalification and that Esbjerg has assessed that the company is suitable for the job.
Only the 5 most suitable candidates will be invited to tender.

The offer is conducted with the wish to achieve the most visionary and exciting project based on the requirements set and an expectation for the future care center.
The municipality of Esbjerg expects to establish an old-fashioned district around the future care center. It is therefore included as an element in the tender that a draft proposal for the entire area's utilization, including the care center's adaptation in relation to other buildings, including medical centers and elderly housing, is prepared.
The draft proposal will not be included as part of the further work for the overall adviser, but the draft proposal will form the basis for Esbjerg Municipality's further work on the preparation of a new local plan for the area, as well as negotiations on the utilization of the site.
The tender is carried out as a restricted tender, cf. section 58-60 of the Public Procurement Act (Act No. 1564 of 15 December 2015).
The tender will be completed in 2 phases; a prequalification phase and a bidding phase.
The tender will be conducted with the following main activities:
1. Request for prequalification
2. Five companies are prequalified
3. Prequalified companies submit bids
4. The assessment committee evaluates the offers anonymously
5. One of the companies is awarded the advisory contract.

The project includes the design and construction of approximately 3,000 m² new construction.
