The chief consultant to assist the Contracting Authority in coordinating the construction project throughout the proposers, planning and construction phases.

There submit a developed and adopted master plan for schools on Vinkelvej 20. It has been decided politically that there will be no 2 independent schools moving along, but that there must cooperate in the areas where it makes sense pedagogical and practical.

Rosenvængets School is a special school for about 80 pupils in 0th-10th class. A lot of the students have physical disabilities. There are about 80 employees assigned to the school. Overlund School is a public school with about 740 pupils in 0th-ninth class. The school population is expected to grow to approximately 900 in 2030 in line with the expansion of the new residential area Arnbjerg. Aarhus, Children and Youth, Dental, want this tender to establish one new urban scale large clinic for orthodontics - ortodontiklinik - on why North Byvej 23, 8260 Viby. The reason is ~ 2 100 m².

The current dental clinics - Graven 21 in Aarhus C, and Church rope 21 in Tranbjerg - vacated and it is these two clinics that going forward will be housed in a new large clinic in Viby - future orthodontic clinic.

The new orthodontic clinic becomes an urban scale for children and young people in Aarhus with 150 to 200 daily consultations. Orthodontic Clinic offered in comprehensive advice.

Egedal Municipality's Center for Real Estate and Internal Services (CEI) At the end of 2016 chosen CAFM system DaluxFM, and in this context the CEI to digitize the municipality's existing buildings. Egedal Municipality wishes with this offering, finding a lead consultant to undertake the overall digitization task.

The tender includes the preparation of building models, updating existing building models and import of models in DaluxFM. The existing buildings are divided into categories 'day care', 'schools and after-school centers', 'sports facilities' and 'other buildings'. The last category ( 'other buildings') is offered as an option. There should only be prepared architectural models of existing buildings, with the clarifications and additions stated in the tender documents. The total digitization task includes 178 buildings (BBR buildings) and 192,669 m².

Hvidovre Municipality wants to convert or extend an existing landmark building on Bytoften for a new day care for 0-6 year olds. With the new day care, a greener generation is promoted and supported by focusing on sustainability - in building physics and the behavior of the users. Daycare must have room for about 180 children.

The buildings are located in the middle / north of Hvidovre. There are two buildings on the site, one of which must be demolished. The building to be preserved was built in 1902 as city school and was in 1924 terraced and decorated as the municipality's first town hall. The building has played an important role for citizens and municipal identity, and in the years that judge's office and the home of the police chief. The building stands as a fine example of the municipality's investment in a local building traditions and by virtue of his age puts it in a small group of existing buildings in Hvidovre, which requires focus and is instrumental in providing Hvidovre an architectural profile.

BoligKorsør, afdeling 21 udbyder herved opgaven som bygherrerådgiver i forbindelse med nedenstående opgave:

Bygherrerådgivning i forbindelse med helhedsplan omfatter nedrenovering, nedbrydning, tilgængelighed, udearealer, kriminalpræventive tiltag og sammenlægninger af boliger samt miljøarbejder.

Renoveringen skal gennemføres i henhold til lovgivning om almene boliger samt lovgivning og regulativer gældende for Landsbyggefonden.

Rådgiver skal på baggrund af et udarbejdet skitseforslag til helhedsplan, udarbejde byggeprogram og gennemføre udbuddet af totalentreprisen som et EU-udbud efter udbudsdirektivet 1564 af 15.12.2015.

Udbuddet omhandler bygherrerådgivning i forbindelse med renovering af 4 boligblokke, renovering og etablering af tilhørende udearealer i afdeling 21 beliggende Egersundvej 10-28 og Motalavej 46-72 i Korsør, samt nedrivning af 2 institutioner.

De påtænkte renoveringsarbejder vil bl.a. omfatte:

— Nedrenovering af boligblokke for reducering af boliger herunder opretning af facader, murværket, og nuværende installationer.

— Miljømæssige tiltag, hvor der anlægges nyt udeområde.

— Tilgængeligheden øges, bl.a. i form af etablering af boliger med elevatoradgang.

— Etablering af nye køkkener og badeværelser i de lejemål der omfattes af tilgængelighedsprojektet (opførelse af elevatorer).

Med disse tiltag vurderer Boligselskabet, at afdelingen fremadrettet vil fremstå som en attraktiv bebyggelse, og at man vil kunne undgå de hyppige fraflytninger og den store lejeledighed.

Bygherrerådgiver skal på baggrund af bygherres helhedsplan jf. bilag A, udarbejde projektforslag med henblik på principiel myndighedsgodkendelse samt efterfølgende gennemføre udbuddet af totalentreprisen i jf. hovedtidsplanen.

Bygherrerådgiver skal bistå og samarbejde med ekstern genhusningskonsulent.

Bygherrerådgivningen omfatter nedenstående hovedydelser som er nærmere beskrevet i rådgiveraftalen:

— Deltagelse i overleveringsforretning, gennemgang og kvalitetssikring af bygherres helhedsplan, herunder kommunikation med bygherre og dennes tekniske rådgivere herom.

— Udarbejdelse og opfølgning på tidsplan og projektøkonomi.

— Udarbejdelse af byggeprogram.

— Gennemførelse af EU-udbud af bygge- og anlægsarbejderne i totalentreprise på baggrund af projektforslag.

— Behandling af de indkomne tilbud — herunder evaluering af tilbuddene samt udarbejdelse af tildelings- og afslagsbreve i overensstemmelse med gældende lovgivning.

— Kontraheringsfasen (med den valgte totalentreprenør).

— Granskning i færdigprojekteringsfasen.

— Deltagelse i supplerende projektgranskning som bygherre måtte finde relevant eller nødvendigt for at sikre at projektet gennemføres i overensstemmelse med bygherres ønsker og krav.

— Repræsentant for bygherre ved projektering, med henblik på kontrol af at projektet følger intentionerne i helhedsplanen.

— Bygherretilsyn i udførelsesfasen.

— Deltagelse i mangelgennemgang og afleveringsforretning med totalentreprenøren, samt delafleveringer for ibrugtagning.

— Medvirke ved udarbejdelse af skema B og C jf. Landsbyggefondens bestemmelser.

— Forestå information og kommunikation til beboerne.

— Eksternt tilsyn og mangelopfølgning (Bygherre forbeholder sig retten til at tilknytte yderligere eksterne rådgivere for yderligere tilsyn og kontrol).

In connection with the facility of Fjord connection Frederikssund must establish an unmanned toll booths. In addition there is a need for a building consultant who has relevant competence to assist in providing assignment. Client advisor must account for the payment solution and advise the client in choosing the type of plant. The consultant shall prepare requirements specification for payment system, to hardware and software for managing and advising on the interaction between the systems for recording and payment and collection.

The offering is a public tender for procurement Act §§ 56 f, after which any economic operator may submit tenders in response to the notice. As there has been published a prior information notice which met the requirements in the tender Act § 57 paragraph. 3 the minimum time limit for receipt of tenders is shortened. There should continue to be allocated a suitable period, but this must be a minimum of 15 days.
