The client intends the gradual commissioning of the work phases 4-9 for the conversion of an existing building for the game and learning facility Bauspielplatz.

The following three steps are provided:

Level 1 - familiarization with the documents,

Level 2 - LP 4-5 approval, detailed design,

Level 3 - LP 6-9 allocation, property supervision, site supervision and documentation.

Occasion and purpose of the proceedings.

In the former headquarters building of Gneisenaukaserne a creche for schoolchildren with seven groups including fresh cuisine with lunch and a day group for children from 2 years to be accommodated. The commercial and service areas cover a total of about 1 000 sqm.

For barrier-free development of the three-storey building an outdoor elevator to be built.

Under the measure, a brand protection upgrade of the building is required, including the upgrading of existing wood-beamed ceilings and the subdivision of the corridors in smoke control sections.
