Planning task is a building for the German-French water protection police station according to the attached room program. These are mainly office space and police-specific facilities, as well as workshop, garage and parking areas for land and water vehicles.
In the second stage of the procedure, the selected applicants should come forward with solution proposals for the planning task in accordance with § 76 (2) VgV in the form of project outlines, which are crucial for the selection of the client.

Procurement of engineering services for the conversion of the Western Karl-Friedrich-Strasse between pedestrian Brötzingen and Belfort Street / youth in Pforzheim.
The city Pforzheim intends the reconstruction of Western Karl-Friedrich-Strasse between pedestrian Brötzingen and Belfort Street / youth in Pforzheim on cycling axis. The construction work is scheduled to begin in July 2017 and be completed by November of 2019. Eligible total construction costs for the measure are net about 2,965,000 EUR.
The contract includes the engineering services for the transfer of existing IT equipment rooms, Construction
new IT security rooms for the accommodation of central communication components, PBX,
Server systems, traffic control and passive network and cable distribution.
Pforzheim, Rohrstr. 17, set up a detention center for Ba.-Wü., architectural services under Part 3 section 1 HOAI, Phases 3 to 8 and Special Services of the power stage 9 (documentation).
Because of a court judgment of the ECJ rejected asylum seekers may not be housed in prisons. The state of Baden-Württemberg has given the current use of the building in Pforzheim, tube 17, as a prison. The building is to be transformed with the judgment accordingly. During the final stage, 80 people can be accommodated. It is aimed at the greatest possible freedom of movement, taking into account the necessary security measures. With substantial retention of the building structure of the previous cell block is to be largely divided into individual housing groups with 6-9 residents. As central institutions rooms for administration, prison service, the medical field, the utilities, the Visitor and lounges of the new use should be adjusted. Consideration must be given to complex functional requirements. The structural measures are largely limited to indoor use. Already in April 2016 about 20 people can be accommodated in provisionally converted residential groups. The construction work must therefore be in full operation in sensible portions. Since this is a very sensitive area and extensive benefits of building services are to be integrated, a high coordination effort in the construction management phase is required. Estimated total construction costs max. EUR 6.3 million.
The architects are expected to set up on the basis of the existing feasibility study, in close coordination with the HLSE-planners and compliance with the existing buildings and an upper cost limit, to calculate the cost of conversion and a design and manufacturing schedules. After LV preparation and tendering procedures consistent site management is expected.
The contract should cover the scope of the determined work of the museum expansion in 2016/2017.
The museum expansion takes place in the historic inventory and includes mainly carpentry, locksmith, upholstery and glazier work, supply and installation, as well as printing services. The design of the exhibition elements requires commercial spanning work and skills special solutions for showcases, among other things to work with integrated media and lighting technology and implement.
The exhibition architecture include cabinets of different sizes, design and shape incl. Lighting, seating, wall consoles and graphics boards. The display cases are made up of, among other materials such as glass, painted and treated and untreated wood materials, painted steel and mineral material.
