The Catholic Hospital St. Johann Nepomuk (KKH) in Erfurt is planning on the site Hair Bergstraße an extension and change of use of the existing stock, which due to the following:

The LEG intends the northern area of the former Görmar barracks (plan no. 43, Part B Zoning) to open up for industrial relocations. The area covers an area of about 20 ha.
