On behalf of the Free State of Saxony of the south wing of the castle Nossen is redeveloped. The Free State of Saxony is planning to build a new laboratory building for the Forensic Science and Maritime Institute (CTI) of the State Criminal Office of Saxony on the site Neuländer Straße 60 in 01129 Dresden. To improve the operation and create synergies through the sharing of specialized labs, technical equipment, special gases etc., the Departments of CTI should focus be placed on the property in this new building. The newly constructed laboratory building (S1 and S2 laboratories) is sustainably built and the standard "gold" of the evaluation system Sustainable Building (BNB) are certified in the system variant BNB LN 2014 (New laboratory building). The contract includes all the necessary services for the coordination, testing and documentation of the performances of all the project specialists involved and the verification and submission during the compliance assessment body in order to gain the gold certificate for the laboratory building in accordance with the rating system for sustainable building (BNB_LN 2014). It is planned to integrate a project controller.
