The municipality Aschheim has to prepare before the existing Celtic primary school with currently almost 400 students for the future. To this end, an integrated approach was developed, which provides the measures in a relationship already with the support of an architectural office. The extensive measures to be implemented in several phases. In a first step is therefore a part of the classrooms of the 1970s to be rehabilitated in the years 2016-2018 (BA1). Subsequently, 2018-2019 (BA 2) is a double gymnasium, may be rebuilt with grandstand, on the school grounds. In the years 2020-2021 (BA 3) parts of the existing school building to be converted into a hall with a stage and a cafeteria with kitchen. In a final phase of construction is in the years 2021-2022 (BA4) a connecting and entrance building with affiliated Bike Hall be rebuilt. The measures, in particular the rehabilitation measures must be carried out during the school operation.
To implement the measures described above, the municipality Aschheim looking for an experienced planner who is willing to familiarize themselves over the long period in the terms of reference and the content and space linked relationships.
Since before the idea to develop a master plan for the next few years, already the work phases 1-3 were given for the renovation of classrooms in order, they are not awarded again with this method.
The client expects the contractor after the award of the contract will begin immediately with the planning and implementation of the project drives quickly.

The municipality of Kirchheim near Munich plans an urban development between the two localities Heimstetten, to the south, and the district of Kirchheim in the north. The majority of agricultural land is to be used for residential use with terraced houses and apartment buildings, as well as public utility facilities and public green spaces.
Based on this structural concept, the development plan is to be worked out in cooperation with the municipality of Kirchheim near Munich.
The encapsulation of the development plan to be drawn up covers an area of about 49 ha.
The scope of the call for tenders is the following:
- Development plan HOAI § 19 i. Appendix 3, LP 1-3;
- Schedule for the establishment of the HOAI § 24 in conjunction with m. Appendix 5, LP 1-4;
- environmental report;
- preparing and performing scoping;
- supporting services in the framework of participation procedures such as preparation of opinions, drafting proposals for proposals and drawing up lists;
- elaborate the requirements of the nature conservation law in urban land use planning procedures;
- Creation of environmental report for change of land use plan in parallel.
