The school pavilion with 8 classrooms, 3 large and 2 small group rooms, 1 psychomotor therapy room, 1 separate kitchen, 1 teacher preparation room and the necessary spaces shall be drawn up in dry construction (timber). A detailed space program lies with the tender side dishes. Due to an initial rough cost estimate is expected to create cost BKP 1-9 of probably about 5.7 million CHF. The pavilion has to be ready for the end of July 2017. This mandatory requirement arising for 2015/16 short planning times and in 2017 a short construction period. The use of the pavilion is designed to be about 20 years. It is called a full-fledged education area. There is no lift provided, but the floor needs to be run for disabled people. The building structure is to allow flexibility for any use adjustments. The new school pavilion has to take account of a high architectural standards regarding integration into the existing situation and design and materialization. The pavilion has to give a meaningful answer to the urban situation and to convince with its design upon completion of realization. Exterior: The completion of the existing school system to the planned pavilion on the one hand reduces the available exterior surfaces and on the other hand leads to an increase in the number of pupils on the school grounds. This situation and the requirement to continue to offer all pupils sufficient exterior surfaces, forms one of the central challenges of the services to architectural services. The following phases with a total of 100 expected part performance percentages are advertised by the SIA order 102 (edition 2014): - 3 Project, - 4 tender, - 5 implementation. The architect / architect has to provide all basic services in accordance with Art. 4.3-4.5 SIA order 102 (service description).
