Work of this Contract includes the supply of all labour and materials for the installation of a new insulated metal panel wall assembly including new windows and doors on the existing 1,127 square meter, pre- engineered steel building, but is not limited to the following: .1 Demolition of existing metal wall finish, trims, flashings, eavestroughs and downspouts, fiberglass batt insulation, sub-girt clips and girts, mechanical and electrical components. .2 Installation of z-girts and installation of new insulated metal panel wallassembly including new trims and flashings. .3 Installation of new fiberglass windows, metal doors and frames, and overhead sectional doors with electric operators. .4 Installation of new eavestroughs and downspouts. .5 Modification of existing mechanical and electrical penetrations as necessary to accommodate new wall assembly and flashings. .6 Modification of existing roof flashings to accommodate new wall assembly. .7 Installation of new bollards and re-painting of existing bollards and interiordoor jamb guards. .8 Installation of new steel columns and wind girts as indicated. .9 New exterior recessed lighting and plugs. .10 Co-ordination of sub-contractors. .11 Liaison with Owner and Consultant team members including architect. .12 Securing and paying for all fees and permits. .13 Mobilization and demobilization costs. .14 All work within the extent of contract. .15 Construction waste management with a target of 75% waste diversion. .16 Dumpster, construction fencing, and portable toilet rental and coordination of all rental costs (including all heavy and light equipment). .17 Coordination and management of all staging areas. .18 Site cleanliness, including progressive cleaning.
