— хидравлични изчисления за водоснабдителната мрежа;

— Технико-икономическа част (ТИЧ) и определяне на бъдещи инвестиции. В тази част е необходимо да бъде определен необходим бюджет за изграждане на цялата инвестиция, и да бъде предложено разделяне за етапно изграждане на инвестицията.

След изготвяне на обследването и хидравличния модел на мрежата, да се предвиди съгласуване с община Павликени и „ВиК Йовковци” ООД. Съгласуването е с цел преглед на всички въведени данни и съобразяване на техническото решение с инвестиционните намерения на общината и „ВиК Йовковци” ООД и определяне обхвата на Работния Проект.

2) Работен проект за водопроводната мрежа в рамките на града, включващ:

— Част Водоснабдяване;

— Част Геодезия;

— Част Пътна;

— Част „Конструктивна” (при необходимост);

— Част „Временна организация и безопасност на движението“ (ВОБД);

— Част „Пожарна безопасност (ПБ)”;

— Част „План за безопасност и здраве“ (ПБЗ);

— Част „План за управление на строителните отпадъъци“ (ПУСО) и др.;

— КС (По видове СМР, а несамоколичества на материалите) и КСС — обобщена за целия работен проект;

— Линеен план-график за изпълнение на СМР.

Да се разработят подробни количествени и количествено-стойностни сметки, включващи всички елементи на строителния процес. Количествата да отговарят на заложените в графичната част на проектите материали и СМР.

Внимание. Изписването на количеството на необходимите материали не е количествена сметка.

Към работния инвестиционен проект да бъдат приложени и:

— Линеен календарен план-график за изпълнение на предложените СМР;

— Техническа спецификация на материалите, съоръженията и оборудването.

Важно: Никъде в частите на проекта да не се посочват марки и модели на материали и оборудване.

При нужда от преместване на съществуващи елементи от техническата инфраструктура да се изготви проект за изместването им.

Очаква се водопроводната мрежа, която ще се обхване от работният проект да е около 20-30 км /включващи нови клонове, реконструкция на съществуващи и подмяна, в зависимост от нуждите, съгласно изчисленията от хидравличният модел в ПИП/.

Изискванията към инвестиционния проект са посочени в техническата спецификация-Раздел ІІІ от настоящата документация.

Б) Дейност 2 „Осъществяване на авторски надзор по време на строителството”.

Избраният изпълнител следва да извърши и последващо осъществяване на авторски надзор при изпълнението на строително-монтажните работи. Изпълнителят ще упражнява авторския надзор по време на строителството, съгласно одобрените проектни документации и приложимата нормативна уредба посредством проектантите по отделните части на проекта или упълномощени от тях лица при условие, че упълномощените лица притежават квалификация, съответстваща на заложените в процедурата минимални изисквания. Изпълнителят, при доказана необходимост, ще изготвя промени по чл. 154 от ЗУТ.

Breach of technical rules and regulations person exercising construction supervision shall be obliged to inform the Regional Directorate for National Construction Control within 3 days of the finding.

Upon completion of construction works the person exercising construction supervision, prepare a final report to the contracting authority. Persons exercising construction supervision shall be liable for damage inflicted on the contracting authority and other participants in construction and several liability with the developer for damages caused by breach of technical rules and regulations and the approved projects. Liability under contract for construction supervision is a time not less than the warranty period of the construction.
