The project organisation behind the project wishes to have a full-service consultant associated with this sub-project. It is expected that the full-service consultant will deliver all architectural and engineering services for the project. The laboratory and logistics building is expected to contain laboratories, logistics and warehousing facilities, as well as possibly research facilities, a central refrigeration and emergency power system, plus teaching facilities. An overall functional program that specifies these features is expected to be ready in approx. March 2013. At present, another contract is being offered in the EU for advisory services to the owner of the project and it is expected that this owner's advisor will be in place for the project, before the agreement on full-service consulting is concluded. A logistics advisor and a function planner are already working on this sub-project, just as the landscape architect services are expected to be dealt with outside the contract offered in this contract notice. SKI provider framework agreement in 1709 Architectural services 2 comprehensive architectural services in connection with construction projects and construction projects. Framework 1709 Architectural services 2 is one of the 5 framework. Framework 1709 Architectural services 2 covers only services in the schools and leisure.
