The Ministry of Home Affairs and Local North Rhine-Westphalia intends eight identical fire-fighting and assistance boats (FLHB) for the Security of the Rhine in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) to procure. For this measure, a naval architect services necessary for planning, design and procurement of these FLHB. More details can be found in the Terms of Reference.
The City Council Bensheim has decided to commission the renovation of the Bensheim Mitte, Dalbergergasse 15, 64625 Bensheim and the Marketing und Entwicklungs-Gesellschaft Bensheim mbH (MEGB) with the award of the architects and specialist engineers necessary for the implementation of the renovation measures.
Architectural and specialist engineering services are advertised in three independent procedures (Architecture, Engineering Services HLS, Electrical Engineering Services).
Subject of this procedure are the architect services acc. § 34 HOAI, work phases 4 to 9.
The engineering services acc. § 55 HOAI of the service phases 4 to 9 relate to the planned modular renovation of the Bensheim Mitte community center.
The Bürgerhaus Bensheim Mitte is a building that was inaugurated in 1976. The community center reveals a number of constructional deficiencies that have already been the subject of first investigations from 2014 and the already completed work phases 1 to 3 from the year 2017.

In the course of a facade renovation, the houses should be equipped with balconies and the windows replaced. For this purpose, a parapet must be removed at each residential unit. The property consists of 6 three-storey multi-family houses each with 18 residential units and 3-5 rooms. Three of the six buildings are essentially the same. For these buildings, the reduced percentages according to the stipulations of § 11 (3) HOAI apply. The 108 residential units are all inhabited during the construction phase. On behalf of the Free State of Saxony, the south wing of the castle Nossen is being renovated. In addition to conservation measures for structural and structural consolidation, the construction project includes structural and technical measures for the expansion of the ground and first floors of the Museum of the History of the Saxon Nobility, including the production of a handicapped accessible toilet facility, the fitting out of a room for museum education in the castle and measures reasonable effort in the courtyard for barrier-free access. Basement and attic remain unused for the time being. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2019 and be completed in 2021. The total construction costs amount to approximately 4 134 000 EUR (KG 300 - 700) (net).
It is planned to award architect services in accordance with HOAI § 34 in stages. The assignment is initially for performance level 1 and includes the development of the EW construction according to section F 3 RLBau. Planning components of an existing design document construction from the year 2007 and a requirement declaration of the SBG gGmbH are to be used.
The city of Marktredwitz, represented by the public utility Stadtwerke Marktredwitz intends to renovate and modernize the existing indoor swimming pool in Marktredwitz.
The indoor pool was built in the 70s and partially renovated in the 90s.
The now planned general renovation includes almost the complete replacement of the entire operating and bathing technology as well as a structural complete renovation of the building with the aim to obtain a functional building according to the state of the art for a permanently economical operation and maintenance.

It is planned to award the architect services according to HOAI § 34 for the performance phase 3.As a result of an energetic preliminary investigation, the following measures were defined to achieve this goal: Replacement of luminaires equipped with fluorescent tubes considering the given architectural design against LED-operated luminaires with an average 50% higher luminaire efficiency. Increase the energy efficiency of the ventilation and air conditioning units of heat recovery systems and install energy efficient fan motors. Improvement and modernization of the thermal insulation of the outer wall construction (ETICS) and the foyer glazing. Modernization of the digital infrastructure and including the associated server room cooling. The structural measures must take into account the specific safety concerns and the particular urban traffic situation. The planning work is carried out using energy balancing in accordance with DIN V 18599 for the optimization of energy efficiency, climate impact and economic efficiency as well as simulation methods for the qualitative and quantitative assessment of heat flows in building structures.
