The City Council Bensheim has decided to commission the renovation of the Bensheim Mitte, Dalbergergasse 15, 64625 Bensheim and the Marketing und Entwicklungs-Gesellschaft Bensheim mbH (MEGB) with the award of the architects and specialist engineers necessary for the implementation of the renovation measures.

The Bürgerhaus Bensheim Mitte is a building that was inaugurated in 1976. The community center reveals a number of constructional deficiencies that have already been the subject of first investigations from 2014 and the already completed work phases 1 to 3 from the year 2017.

The district of Lower Franconia intends to award architectural services for construction maintenance to the properties of the district of Lower Franconia for the years 2018 to 2021.
Essentially, it is about building construction measures for hospitals and homes od. Objects.
The services are to be provided for smaller new construction measures as well as renovations, conversions, modernizations, maintenance and repair measures with a total cost volume of approx. 50 to 500 TSD EUR gross in individual cases. The measures may be limited to a single building trade or may comprise several related building trades of different design plans.

Description of the procurement:
- Object planning (architect services according to HOAI 2013 Part 3, Section 1) as a framework agreement.

- The framework contract will be concluded for 4 years with the option of renewal for a further 2 years.
- Each individual measure is provided within the framework contract as a single order.

On behalf of the Free State of Saxony, the south wing of the castle Nossen is being renovated. The district Landshut intends to realize the construction of a 2-fold gymnasium in Vilsbiburg. In addition to the usual room program of a 2-fold gym, a fixed stage is provided. The planning overall concept is designed for a 2-fold gymnasium and not for a meeting place according to VStättV. So far, the benefits of phase 1 and 2 gem. § 34 HOAI already fully provided.
