Expressions of interest are invited from suitably qualified and experienced Architectural Practices and a standard selection questionnaire (SSQ) is available for completion on line. Architectural services under this framework may include retainers as small as £50k capital value and up to £35 million (excluding VAT and fees) for new build, £30 million for refurbishments. During the term of the framework the maximum capital value will increase in line with construction inflation. Based on previous figures, capital construction works to the order of £50 million (total average) per annum were undertaken at the University as a whole, over the last 5 years.
