The framework agreement for general architect services will include, amongst other things:
— carrying out feasibility studies and sketch projects for alterations/renovations of existing buildings, including extensions/additions,
— architect work for minor alterations,
— simple engineering design and major renovations,
— assist in projects with high environment and energy ambitions,
— be the responsible applicant in building applications,
— assist in the participation of land proceedings,
— prepare outdoor plans with surface water measures,
— assist with furnishing plans, as well as room and function plans,
— be able to provide ground surveys, either themselves or with sub-suppliers,
— assist with traffic analyses, noise analyses and air quality analyses.
REN is responsible for municipal waste sanitation in Oslo for private users and for small businesses.
REN needs consultancy services for reviews, planning and engineering design services for both existing sites/properties and for new, future sites/properties within the following areas:
— Various methods of waste collection.
— Establishment of mini-recycling stations.
— Testing sites, feasibility studies.
— Concept developments, sketches, feasibility studies.
— Ongoing upgrades to sites and buildings.
The aim of the procurement is to join up with the necessary assistance within architect services, engineering design services and responsible applicant for work carried out at REN's sites that requires applications in accordance with the Planning and Building Act.
These are ongoing projects and work assignments that are covered by working capital and the extent will depend on the budget each year.
Call-offs can also be made on the framework agreements for investment projects in the preliminary phase and implementation phase. This will be assessed in each project and the extent will depend on the granted investment resources and orders from the city council department.

This is a collaborative Tender between the following Housing Associations:
a. North Hertfordshire Homes;
b. Thrive Homes;
c. Watford Community Housing Trust.
For the purpose of this Invitation to Tender (ITT), the above organisations will be known when referring to a single Housing Association as ‘the HA’ and when referring to multiple Housing Associations as ‘the HA's’.
The HA's are seeking to award a Framework Agreement to multiple Suppliers for the provision of Development Consultancy Services as described in the Specification in Part B of this ITT.
The purpose of the ITT is to enable the HA's to assess potential Suppliers against their detailed requirements using an Open procedure. The ITT should provide sufficient information about the HA's and their requirements to enable potential Suppliers to compile a comprehensive tender response.

Oppland county, Gausdal and Lillehammer municipalities have a formal cooperation within property management — called EIOFF. The EIOFF cooperation is managed by a separate board.
Lillehammer, Gausdal, Øyer, Ringebu and Nord-Fron municipalities are in a procurement cooperation with Oppland county — INNOFF. The cooperation means that several tender competitions, like this one, can be held on behalf of several municipalities.
Oppland county, Property, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender competition for the procurement of consultancy services within buildings and property for Lillehammer, Gausdal, Øyer, Nord-Fron, Ringebu municipalities and Oppland county.
Objective and scope.
The municipalities annually procure a varying extent of consultant/advice services within buildings and property. The contracting authority's intention is to enter into 3 parallel framework agreements per field for the provision of:
Consultancy services for Oppland county, Lillehammer, Øyer, Gausdal, Ringebu and Nord-Fron municipalities.
The above mentioned parties will henceforth be called the municipalities.
The purpose of entering into framework agreements for engineering design services is to ensure sufficient capacity and good competence at all times. The municipalities would like to use the framework agreements to join up with personnel who can quickly be obtained when needed.
The contracting authority requires that the provided services shall always be implemented in accordance with the current laws, regulations and other administration requirements, and as a minimum, be implemented in accordance with the requirements for competence, precision and professional competence that is usual in the sector.
The assignment will last for two — 2 - years from 1.3.2017, with an option for an extension for 1+1 year.
If possible, three parallel framework agreements shall be signed per field for each of the municipalities.

The contract period
The contract period for the framework agreement is from 1.3.2017 to 28.2.2019, with an option for an extension for 1+1 year.
Provision of design and project services for refurbishment and upgrade to Manchester Town Hall and Albert Square Manchester to provide modern office, commercial, civic, visitor and event areas split into 5 lots; Architectural Services, Structural and Civil Engineer Services, Landscape Services, Building Services Engineer Services and Quantity Surveying Services.
Estimated between 17 700 000 - 22 100 000 GBP overall for all Lots. Please refer to Lot sections below for estimated values for each of the individual Lots.
Architectural services are required from RIBA Stage 2 through to RIBA Stage 7, including soft landings and client training. The architect will act as the lead designer on the Project and Principal Designer. The architect services are required for but not limited to the following; coordinated design, being BIM Manager (designing to BIM Level 2), conservation/ heritage, concept designs, detailed design, as built drawings, specifications, technical assurance, wayfinding, planning applications and discharging conditions, clerk of works and design leadership.
Structural and Civil Engineering services are required from RIBA Stage 2 through to RIBA Stage 7 including soft landings and client training. Structural and Civil Engineering services on the Project are required for but not limited to the following; detailed design specifications, technical assurance, FM & Operational data, drainage, geotechnical, traffic and transport, highways design and testing, commissioning and training. All of the designs will be to BIM Level 2.
The Landscape design services are required from RIBA Stage 2 through to RIBA Stage 7. These services are required for but are not limited to the following; concept and detailed design, as built information, providing technical assurance, compliance with disability legislation, urban design and masterplanning, planting and arboriculture, leading the design for public realm and highways including design coordination. Landscape services are to cover the courtyard, Albert Square and surrounding Highways.
Building services engineering services are required from RIBA Stage 2 through to RIBA Stage 7, including soft landings and client training. Building services engineering services are required for but not limited to the following; design specifications, technical assurance, FM and operational data, utilities, rainwater above ground, IT business modelling, IT network, systems design, lifts, BMS, energy, sustainability and BREEAM/CIBSE, witness testing, commissioning and training. All designs will be to BIM Level 2.
Full Cost Management services are required from RIBA Stage 2 through to RIBA Stage 6, for all works including the following; cost in use forecasts and management, leading the Target Value Design processes, lifecycle cost estimates, Re-measuring of the works and valuation. Procurement of the remaining direct appointments including all documents except legal, procurement of potential operators. Overseeing and interrogating trade package procurements and to be the Contract Administrator for the Management Contract and all other direct contracts in addition to managing the Project contingency.
The Houses of Parliament ('the Authority ') intends to commence procurement exercise(s) from 2016-2017 for framework agreements to provide the following:
Architectural Services (including Conservation Architect Services);
Mechanical and Public Health Engineering;
Electrical, Electronics and Control System Engineering;
Structural and Civil Engineering;
Security Consultancy Services;
Workspace Planning Services;
Clerk of Works; and Building Surveyor Services.

The Authority is issuing this PIN to invite organisations to provide their pre-procurement expression of interest prior to commencement of the procedure(s), whilst the Authority develops the procurement strategy(s).
The Authority undertakes an on–going planned and reactive programme of works to the buildings within the Parliamentary Estate. The majority of the buildings are Grade I and Grade II listed buildings
The procurement arrangements will involve each framework being the subject of an Invitation to Tender/Negotiate, the aim being to deliver high quality services to enable or support the works projects that provide restoration, replacement and repairs, as well as value for money. It is envisaged that the majority of the individual projects will be progressed by the Authority to planning/design-brief stage whereupon the Authority will then commence the procurement for the contractors to carry out the works. Framework providers will also be required to provide services during the construction phase, predominantly oversight and occasional redesign upon discovery of site conditions, but also be involved in the commissioning and defects to ensure that their designs have been met.
Expressions of interest are invited from multi-disciplinary practices as well as individual and SME practices who provide specialist and heritage services.
