1. Időszakos vizsgálati program szerinti anyagvizsgálatok:
Az MVM Paksi Atomerőmű Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság (a továbbiakban: MVM Paksi Atomerőmű Zrt.) szekunderköri főberendezésein és csővezetékein, valamint a primerköri csővezetékein a K/KA-08, K/KA-09, K/KA-10/I és K/KA-10/II anyagvizsgálati keretprogramokban meghatározott kézi roncsolásmentes anyagvizsgálatok végrehajtása, a főjavítási időszakokban, 120 + 30 nap terjedelemben.
A vizsgálatokat az MVM Paksi Atomerőmű Zrt.-nél jóváhagyott vizsgálati technológiák szerint kell elvégezni.
Az ajánlattevőnek a vizsgálatokat az MVM Paksi Atomerőmű Zrt. AVO koordinálása és ellenőrzése mellett önállóan, megfelelő képesítéssel, minősítéssel és szakmai gyakorlattal rendelkező szakemberekkel kell elvégezni. Az önálló munkavégzés feltétele, hogy minden anyagvizsgáló párosból egy fő felelős munkavezetői engedéllyel rendelkezzen.
A főjavítások során a keretprogramokhoz kapcsolódó anyagvizsgálatok végrehajtásához szükséges létszám átlagosan 4 fő (2 anyagvizsgáló páros). Az anyagvizsgáló páros két tagjának együttesen rendelkeznie kell MSZ EN 473 szerinti vagy azzal egyenértékű szabvány szerinti RT2, UT2, MT2, PT2, VT2, LT2 tanúsítások közül az adott vizsgálathoz szükséges képesítéssel.
A munka irányítására kijelölt személynek az MVM Paksi Atomerőmű Zrt. által kinevezett koordinálóval folyamatosan kell a kapcsolatot tartania.
2. Időszakos vizsgálati programon kívüli anyagvizsgálatok:
Az MVM Paksi Atomerőmű Zrt. berendezésein és csővezetékein felmerülő, minden anyagvizsgálati keretprogramon kívüli - pl. javításokhoz, átalakításokhoz, alkatrészgyártáshoz kapcsolódó - kézi roncsolásmentes anyagvizsgálat elvégzése.
Az Ajánlattevőnek a vizsgálatokat az MVM Paksi Atomerőmű Zrt. koordinálása és ellenőrzése mellett önállóan, megfelelő képesítéssel, minősítéssel és szakmai gyakorlattal rendelkező szakemberekkel - az MVM Paksi Atomerőmű Zrt-nél jóváhagyott vizsgálati technológiák vagy a vonatkozó szabványok szerint - kell elvégezni. Az önálló munkavégzés feltétele, hogy minden anyagvizsgáló párosból egy fő felelős munkavezetői engedéllyel rendelkezzen.
A keretprogramokon kívüli anyagvizsgálatok során radiográfiai (RT), ultrahangos (UT), folyadékbehatolásos (PT), mágnesezhető poros (MT), tömörségvizsgálati (LT), szemrevételezéses (VT), ultrahangos falvastagságmérési (KUF) és gépi mágnesezhető poros anyagvizsgálatokat kell elvégezni a főjavítások alatt és a főjavítási időszakon kívül egyaránt.
A főjavításokon kívüli időszakokban nappal (12 órában) és éjszaka (12 órában) 1-1 anyagvizsgáló párost kell minimálisan biztosítani, folyamatosan.
