1. The contract is for the supply of equipment to the Institute Agrophysics. B. Dobrzańskiego Polish Academy of Sciences in Lublin, in the framework of the project entitled. Part II - System pumps CRDS analyzer - 1 pc.

A detailed description of the order constitutes Annex 1A to the Terms of Reference - Description of the order (Part I) and Appendix 1B - Description of the order (Part II) to the ToR.

Analyzer greenhouse gas (CO + CO2 + CH4 + H2O) - Version allows measurement flights - 1 PCS.

Description of the minimum requirements:

1 analyzer must be operated using spectroscopy, optical losses in the cavity, commonly known as Cavity Ring Down Spectroscopy (CRDS) using laser sources.

2 The processing of the measurement signal by means of analog-to-digital

the frequency of at least 25 MHz.

3 analyzer must have the ability to install at least 4 separate laser sources.

4 analyzer must be produced commercially system as a single unit capable of measuring the concentration of CO, CO2, CH4 and H2O, with the precision of not worse than CO: <30 ppb; CH4: <2.0 ppb; CO2: <200 ppb; H2O: <150 ppm (σ 1 within 30 seconds, the vibration @ 20Hz, 1g).

5 The analyzer must be guaranteed, tested and certified levels of drift

(Peak to peak, an average of 50 minutes) in the measurement interval 24 hours: CO: <15 ppb; CH4: <1.5 ppb; CO2: <200 ppb; H2O: <100 ppm ± 5% of reading.

6 analyzer must have a certificate of guaranteed levels of drift data as a function of temperature and pressure for CO, CO2 and CH4.

7 Measuring cell analyzer (optical cavity) should have a temperature stabilization at least +/- 0.005 ° C using at least the 24-bit ADC.

8 Measuring cell analyzer (optical cavity) must have a pressure stability of at least +/- 0.0002 atm. using at least the 24-bit ADC.

9 The analyzer must have a monitor wavelength, which controls the laser wavelength with an accuracy of at least 2 MHz and includes a pressure compensation to allow precise quantification of all the required spectral features during the flight.

The measuring chamber 10 of the analyzer must be operated with the volume of the sample, at the most 35 ml, for high throughput and minimize the memory effect.

2 The pump is to guarantee the stability of the CRDS analyzer with a measurement chamber with a volume of at most 35 ml (ensuring high throughput and minimize the memory effect).
