Generall Procurement Notice From The Steps N-01-2015 prodex REPUBLIC OF NIGER MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE PROJECTOF DEVELOPMENT OF EXPORTS AND MARKETS SYLVO AGRO PASTORAL (PRODEX) NOTICE OF CHANGE OF GENERAL MARCHESN ° 01-2015-PRODEX The Government of Niger unCrédit obtained from the World Bank for an amount equivalent to Thirteen Million Eight Hundred Thousand US Dollars (13,800,000) US $ Additional theOpportunities Fund to finance the deDéveloppement Project Exports and Markets Agro Silvo Pastoral (5532 PRODEX- Cr NE) and proposed'utiliser the Fund to adjust supplies and services to be procured under this Supplementary Fund duprojet. This funding vaégalement support the preparation of a national agricultural risk management program for lepays. The comprendquatre Project (4) components: COMPONENT A: IMPROVING THE COORDINATION Deschaines SUPPLY AND START CONDITIONS. The objective of this component estde set up a public-private partnership to structure and strengthen coordination between the main desfilières links on supply chains deductions (livestock / meat, hides, skins, onion, cowpea). It includes several activities grouped in two (2) sub-components: The sub-component A1: Support for the coordination of supply chains The sub-component A2: Support for marketing and lacompétitivité This sub-component aims to develop knowledge and capacity building desprincipaux publicset professional actors for the control of the value chain approach. COMPONENT B: DEVELOPMENT OF INSTRUMENTS de-financing: This component aims at setting placed'un incentive framework for the financial sector, the demonstration of the viability of enterprises supported by the project and laréduction the perception of risk among financial intermediaries. Activities carried out under this composantesont structured in two souscomposantes: Sub-component B1: Mechanism Don decontrepartie These sub projetsseront funded on demand. The funding will cover mainly: (i) the necessary feasibility studies on projetsnovateurs weak links in the value chain on the basis of shared costs and the implementation and monitoring of pland'affaires;? COMPONENT D: MANAGEMENT, COORDINATION AND MONITORING AND EVALUATION OF THE PROJECT The Project will finance the following activities: (a) development of a participatory monitoring and evaluation system and desrésultats desimpacts through stakeholder involvement; (B) development of institutional communication, and promotion of agricultural sectors; (C) achievement of intermediate and impact studies; (D) strengthening the collection device ETDE dissemination of results through genuine involvement of all parties.
