Within this study and based onavailable data will be elaborated parameters which define areas of naturalconstraints such as impact of climate and soil parameters and presentation oftheir distribution on the territory of Montenegro. Results of the study will beused during negotiations with European Commission. It will also assistMontenegro to distribute agriculture subsidies in the most efficient way,promoting sustainable agriculture practices The contractorhas to produce the study results regardless of the availability and quality ofthe local datasets. However, in case there are some major datasets missing,contractor can use other related datasets (e.g. world-scale open datasets,etc.). All data and results used within this study must be satisfactory to thebeneficiary. In total, this Serviceshall be completed within 8 months from the day of signing theContract.
