The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (“FAO” or “Organization”) intends to award a contract for special services, specifically for:
“Renewal of Red Hat Licenses”
In preparing your bid, you should take into account the international status and activities of the Organization by submitting your best commercial terms. You should also be aware that the Organization enjoy certain privileges and immunities which include exemption from payment of Value Added Tax ("VAT" or "IVA"), customs duties and importation restrictions, and are not subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of any single national system of law.
Companies’ registration on UNGM is a mandatory requirement to participate in this tender as the procurement process is carried out exclusively on the UNGM portal.
