The contract is the preparation of complete project documentation, ie. DUR, DSP, DPS, including necessary surveys and author's supervision, for complete restoration of the premises NW Uherčice in the aforementioned grounds. Architectural design will be developed in line with the intention that comprehensively addresses the overall reconstruction and development in the area of NW Uherčice. All work and activities will take place on the territory of the complex NW Uherčice, which is a national monument, ÚSKP registered in the Czech Republic. Description needs to be the fulfillment of public contracts achieved: the client's needs is to implement a project aimed at restoring heritage buildings, gardens and building infrastructure in the area of NW Uherčice, including the landscaped park. Subject to renewal, conservation and restoration of selected parts of the castle grounds with a significant restoration work. For visitors to the extensive castle grounds will be built in multiple locations necessary social, technical and technological facilities that enable the functionality, accessibility, protection, and full use of campus facilities NW Uherčice. This will ensure greater safety of visitors and the removal of access barriers. Performing monument restoration will achieve the desired effect in the protection of cultural and natural heritage of the country. Description of the relationship between the subject contract and the client's needs: According to the statute NHI has territorial heritage management in Kromeriz powers entrusted in the care of state castles, which are within its territorial jurisdiction. According to Law 20 / 1987Sb., On State Historical Preservation is the obligation of the owner, that the above mentioned sights performs NHI, care for its preservation and maintain it in good condition. Expected date of fulfillment of the public contract: The work will be implemented in stages, deadlines for completing the work: to 11/2020
